My man, your mistake is thinking Cloudflare gives a shit about the truth. 8chan got killed because the Christchurch manifesto was posted there, but in reality the manifesto was posted on Facebook and I think instagram before it, and was deleted within like 5 minutes of being posted on /pol/, with pretty much everyone in the thread laughing at the retard who posted it.

Assuming the "TOTALLY LEGIT AND REAL" terroristic threats were the one screenshot being shared around, nobody with 1/5th of a brain could have possibly taken that post seriously. Granted you also must have less than 1/5th of a brain to post something like that, but it's clearly not real.
I'm going to say the guy who posted the threat was making a joke that was taken as threat because it was basically the guy saying he had people setting up bombs and they'd be there with guns which is weird to have guys with guns where you plan to blow up, but he was responding to a place, with a time, and a method, which you shouldn't do even as a joke because that shit does not translate in text. Joke or not, it was removed by mods quickly and I'm sure the idiot got banned for it, which is how any website from Facebook to Twitter would handle such things and Keffals even tweeted the post was deleted by mods.
That's the problem, people aren't going to take the time to look into anything, so all they hear are the lies and take them as truth. It's absurd that the suicides are credited to the site when people close to the person who offed themselves have come out and said the site had nothing to do with it, and it's absurd that it's claimed to be a swatting site or whatever when any plan to do anything in real life is strictly and swiftly punished.
