This is probably true, only inconsistency is that he started to post on the 30th July, a couple days before Lucas got swatted. Its possible that the account was made by someone else, but then the original creator gave it to his edgelord brother or relative. That, or it was hacked

I disagree. He literally deleted the post a minute later and it just so happened that Keffals got a screenshot of it on Twitter.
Now yes it is possible that Keffals was lurking Kiwifarms at just that pivotal moment, I know just from being on Kiwifarms what it's like to see Tweets/Posts and capturing it right before it's deleted. But there's also a high chance that this person is a catboy/useful idiot and helped Keffals in making Kiwifarms look bad. Another alternative is he posted it on Discord group to troll and it was sent to Lucas.
Whatever it is it's ultimately disingenuous to declare every Kiwifarms user is culpable for the actions of one shithead.

I am sure I am a minority on this but I think that might be a problem in the current situation: the anti-media stance. I understand that the anti-media stance is a natural side-effect of the pro-privacy stance, but I don't know if that's helping when others are leading the narrative on you. I hate the media and the presstitutes too, I would rather avoid them if I can, but the TRAs can work the media and have them eating out of their hands. I think that it would help at this point to find sympathetic media and talk to them, rather than to shun them all. Remember: they've been targeted by TRAs too.
To give you an example: I personally had never listened to a Livestream interview with Joshua Moon before the Nick Rikieta Livestream, and Joshua made a much better impression on me in that interview than he does here on the forum (sorry, I am being completely honest here). In the interview he came across as someone who is personable and someone who could be working at my [redacted]'s IT department. He came across as familiar, rather than some obscure internet villain, which is how he's presented right now to the media by the TRAs.
I think if techies around the world were able to see Joshua as a person, they would see themselves in him and come around. They would see him as another tech guy who is just like them, who is trying to carry out his job under difficult circumstances. They would see themselves in his problem solving capabilities.
The TRAs might have allies in media, like that Cecilia D'Kotaku at Bloomberg, but they've also made plenty of enemies. Instead of shunning everyone, try reaching out to Tim Pool, or the Guardian, or the Substack people with their blogs and podcasts. That's what TERF Meghan Murphy did when she and her website the Feminist Frequency were targeted by the TRAs who got her publisher to drop her book. It was at that point that she decided to do an interview with everyone and anyone who requested one.
Joshua Moon, I know you think the press are all scum, but please consider the fact that there are many journalists out there who have themselves been targeted by TRAs who have gotten them fired and worse. Even if they don't like KF they might be sympathetic to you just for being targeted and demonized. You don't need to talk to 99% of the press, just the 1% who are understanding, fair and/or sympathetic. Please reconsider your anti-media stance.

This is something that needs to get across to the press: a lot of people are here to have an open uncensored debate on political issues. Make it clear that is not an anti-LGBT site or a hate-site. This is a site for celebrity gossip and political discussion. My impression is that the most active and harder to moderate parts of this site aren't the LGBT threads but rather the political discussions. I remember a post from Joshua Moon where he said that the moderators who were moderating the political threads had the hardest job.

These types of sealed subpoenas are called "National Security Letters" and they specifically come with a gag order:
Twatter and the affected parties at Wikileaks went to court over those NSLs, with Twatter saying they have an obligation to disclose to their users that they're subpoenaed by LE. The fact is that they still lost in court and were unable to lift the gag order on disclosing an NSL to a user. If Cloudflare has received an NSL they're legally not able to disclose it to you.
Since MTG is a politician and therefore considered a high risk individual by LE (more than Keffals, who's a mere civilian), it's possible that Cloudflare was subpoenaed with regards to the threats against MTG under an NSL rather than a regular LE discovery subpoena. Please talk to a lawyer about this and get them to contact Cloudflare on your behalf. If there's an NSL involved, this is not something you can handle on your own.
Don't make this all about the TRAs, is all I'm saying. There could be something else going on behind the scenes with regards to MTG. Matthew made it abundantly clear in his statement that there is LE involved at this point and that Cloudflare is proactively working with LE at this point. This is why you might try to get a lawyer to speak to them and not try to contact them yourself or wait for them to contact you. They might not be able to respond to you or tell you what's happening even if they want to.
Finally, can someone please look into this: When I press reload on the front page of kiwifarms.ru just once, immediately I get this message:

I did not change IP addresses in between reloads so I don't understand what's triggering this. I also got this same "suspicious activity" warning when I first tried logging in after inputting my name and pw.
