Almost the exact same thing happend with Channel Awesome, the backlash against them fizzled out because apart from their initial statement they just ignored it completely and carried on putting out videos like normal. Of course Change the Channel wasn't helped by the fact that many of it's proponents were or would become massive lolcows but then again so where Channel Awesome. Now they keep ticking along and I'll bet most of their current audience have never heard of Change the Channel or are even aware of the history of the group.

They best way to deal with lunatics screeching about you is just to not even give them the time of day.

I just noticed a couple inconsistencies in this picture.
1.) The date is in European/Common Wealth orientation (US: MM/DD/YYYY; Euro/CW: DD/MM/YYYY)
2.) The spelling of "pedophile" is not US style but in Common Wealth style "peadophile." Canada is a Common Wealth country.
3.) Lucas's Twitter is also in the Common Wealth/European format of DD/MM/YYYY
How can the poster be United States oriented (as the flag represents) but misspelling words and using European formats unless it was Lucas or one of his troons from there?

Nobody cares about him, he has to buy Likes for his Twitter post, and the donations would stop if we disappeared. Hell, Twitter is already talking about the fake farts debacle, not to mention him palling around with Vordrak and the occasional mention of bathtub HRT.

This is his GWOT, and he's had so many "Mission Accomplished" moments that even neutrals on Twitter are noticing how dumb it is.

They chose the geographical location option for their flag, which either means that the poster posting it is American, or the person posting it is using an American proxy/VPN.

And no strongly worded letters from legal. It's fairly obvious law enforcement is involved for some reason, so...that's probably a headache Matt just didn't want to deal with.

Is it obvious? Law enforcement would either send notices to Jersh or just seize the servers that are in the US. Dunno if CF would care if the canuck or bong cops were involved.
