I wasn't even paying much attention to this hideous loser until the last few weeks. And I'm not sorry about that. So this is only my second-ever posting because mostly I'm not even logged-in! But, Keffals provokes.
First thing on my mind, I will not use his preferred pronouns. I get where some folks are coming from, but the only situation I'd do this is where politeness might be indicated (most often inperson, tbh)... I can't think of any reason why I should be a biology-denier for the sake of being polite to a worthless, disgusting sleaze like Keffals.
The other thing I'd say is, my gut instinct actually is that everyone should ignore this punk, really. He feeds off attention. And let's be honest, unlike a lot of cows, he isn't even personally interesting. He's dead inside. Those black eyes tell it all. OTOH, ignoring him has become quite hard. And I'm not ignoring him right here. Tough one, isn't it.
Basically he is 100% a spoiled brat. I turned five-oh not long ago, so as many others will I do remember when being a brat was considered a really bad thing and DISCOURAGED. Somehow, and thanks mostly to political correctness and neo-liberalism, the exact opposite is true. You can have ANYTHING you want, you can do ANYTHING, finally - you can BE ANYTHING.
And so, this creep doesn't like what you posted about him and he goes on a month-long (and counting) TANTRUM about it. And whereas 30 years ago, this would be toxic shit every single decent person would shun, today it gets encouraged, enabled and cheered on.
I've seldom disliked anyone more.
