and to them i say, by all means, please further your delusions. let them keep pretending they’re going to wish upon a star to be a real woman. the farther their fantasy goes and the more outrageous it becomes, it’s eventually going to implode.

i know that seems unlikely since they are already so far off the beaten path of reality, but the more they branch out to the rest of society, they are going to meet even more resistance. eventually they will piss off the wrong people and perceptions will change.

That's why you don't become an organ donor, there is no good reason to do so because they will misuse your shit. You aren't going to save some cancer stricken eight year old, you're going to become some junky's new skin to fix the holes they scratched trying to get the bugs out.

I disagree. Most organs donated are vital and lifesaving. You always have the right to not donate any body part, so females could withdraw consent for donating uteruses. They're not there for trannies and medically useless other than psychological benefits for women who want to experience pregnancy. If they are born without both the uterus and ovaries, it won't give them a genetic child anyways. Maybe withdraw for genitals/reproductive organs in general that could be used in the future for "gender affirming care". There are very rare instances where they do penile transplants for men who have suffered horrific accidents though.

Dr Keelee Macphee in NC gave this guy TopNeppers an amhole about 54 days ago and he documented all the nasty shit that went on in it. There was necrosis, granulation, dehiscence, and what appears to be like polyps on his stinkditch.

The photos are really foul and gruesome in the early ones as you can see his amhole partially rotted away to leave portions of his fake labia missing. If anything, it looks closer to a human ear profile than anything resembling a vulva. i know he got the surgery in EVROPA so i’m not sure how informed consent works there but it’s concerning that the papers they have to sign are taken as seriously as TOS agreements. this isn’t the first example i’ve seen of troons half assed listening to the doctor and just signing the consent form.
