Y Combinator is a mostly insular community with some expected standards of conversation(even though in the last couple years it has been getting reddit'er) and the thread was a bit of a shitshow, mostly due to those against kf I might add. You should be grateful tbh, restricting it actually allowed it to not be completely brigaded by tranny interests and actually ended up i'd say in favor of kf in general, as the website does tend to skew pretty hard on the internet freedom front. Afaik they have like one moderator or some shit, that being dang, can't blame him for wanting it to be more restrictive.

The admin threatens to make me encrypt and decrypt images marked as NSFW from the Animal Control subforum if users complain about me. He does make me do it anyway, but he does it more if that happens. Or when he's in a bad mood. Actually, sometimes when he's in a good mood, too.

Now that I'm talking about it, I guess the only time he doesn't is when he's busy with something. As such, these last few days have actually been pretty laid back, all things considered, so I should really be thanking Keffals.

So to answer your question, draconian rules, but only for staff.
