The Endless Drum Beating

Joshua Moon, I plead with you once again, please get a lawyer to AT LEAST send some of these people cease and desist letters (Keffals, Liz, that bitch LGBT lawyer from Harvard, all of them literally urging people to commit cybercrimes/DDoS). Regardless of how illegal they claim the content on this site is, they don't have a right to resort to crimes to censor an entire site just because they don't like their own threads or threads about their friends. If something needs to be removed is has to be proportional and specific, not blanket censorship like this. If you are still getting stonewalled have a lawyer contact Cloudflare and hCaptcha. Just lawyer up, PLEASE.
You can do it but they know it's meaningless. "I hope someone DDoSes that site" just isn't against the law where these companies reside: it's always gonna fall solidly under 1st Amendment protection. So yeah, you can pay your lawyer to waste their lawyer's time, and they can reciprocate, but that's it.

The .top site is proving to be a pain to access (mostly 502 Bad Gateway errors) but that's to be expected of clearnet stuff thanks to the forces involved. The Tor onion isn't immune to these issues either but I find to be easier to access the site.

Anywho, thanks again for keeping up the good fight Null. It's not over until the Snorlax sings.

I wrote this on Telegram, but I will repost it here:

I propose a great Kiwi Farms cleansing. Ban all accounts created before 2022 with 4 posts or less. verified accounts and people of interest excluded. Also, keep the registrations invite only permanently.

Opinions? Do you think that this is a retarded idea?

EDIT: The alternative would be to ban all accounts that haven't logged in for a year or longer, again verified accounts and people of interest excluded.
Josh specifically said that the accounts posting were made legitimately but were hacked because the people who made them had weak security. This won't change that.

if you see a somewhat jarring "Blocked" message in Brave, chances are you opened a .onion link in a regular brave browser window
It can also be a glitch which I assume has to do with overwhelming traffic [which would obviously include the DDoSes etc].
I know that's a message I got dozens of times.
So.... wait a minute and try again.

Clearly the answer is to create a wordfilter for all of the usual fedposting words.

Replace various words and phrases with "suck a hundred cocks while dilating my stinkditch."

Suddenly every glowie will state their intent to suck a hundred cocks while dilating their stinkditch, in minecraft.

Thanks for keeping the site up Josh, against Herculean odds no less.

This whole situation is so stupid. It really shines the bright light of utter narcissistic hypocrisy on the journalisming "profession."

Lucas did that interview with CNN..
CNN is still a thing?
At this stage they are no better than CCTV or Rossiya24 - a propaganda outlet that will give exposure to and promote a clinically insane groomer who teaches minors how to obtain HRT illegally and posts rape fantasies on his social media. He's the new George Floyd.
Giving attention to CNN is the same as giving attention to CCTV - laugh them off, disregard them as a propaganda outlet. When you see it cited as a source - point it out to others.

So how long are these outages expected? For as long as the DDOS? So a month or two? I feel like once we get a non buckling DDOS provider, it'll take legal action to get rid of the farms at this point.

Nice to be back. I've spent the last few hours collecting error messages.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already. But Kiwifarms was a relative unknown a month or two ago, to being covered by outlets like TIME magazine and the Associated Press.

Even the ADL and the former Assistant Secretary of the FBI took notice.

Even if you account the attempted swatting of MTG by "a kiwifarms user". (Who progressives hate due to her anti-trans bill for children) If you look at the Twitter engagement and the views on various videos. There's no groundswell of public support. Most people don't even know it happened.

It makes me wonder if this was more a top down decision to capitalize on drama through journalistic outlets than any grassroots movement. But why? Maybe, because we cover almost everything on KF that the larger internet won't talk about. Illegal activities by left and right figures. Trans-advocacy. Politics. Even conspiracy theories. Was it really the troons than took down .net? Or was it more powerful people? Did people see KF as a threat? Or was is more of a larger effort to simply consolidate the internet into only a few major sites, easier to control?
