Pippa is right about the multiple account thing, as I never used a Twitter like service and my first thought was I needed a better way to delaminate feeds as I was in multiple groups with different interests and if I used more websites I'd probably do the same for algorithms as they get annoying with shit. I wonder if there's room for some plugin that lets you just split feeds with multiple accounts or something.

Also, woman confirmed she uses Pinterest.

Look here, listen, Pinterest is super useful when you need to borrow some ideas for a graphic design project.

I like to talk about how FFXIV has a bunch of built in retard checks in the game, but I didn't know that just talking about the game could be a retard check for Pippa's chat, and 95% of chat failed it.

On chrome, opera and other chrome likes you can make multiple accounts, and then have instances with different accounts opened at the same time. Cookies arent shared between them so you wont end up being reccomended kiwis on your nonfruit farm persona

On Firefox there is Firefox multi-account containers.

It's ok if you're a woman, we'll just direct you to the Beauty Parlor is all.

FFXIV actually has a fun story if you let it be fun. I haven't played it that much, but I enjoyed the story when I did even the stupid dancing with faeries thing because it gave you a sense of their weird culture and elemental lord. It's just one of those things you can enjoy as you want, though I haven't done any raiding in it so maybe it falls flat there.

Good to know. I don't trust it though, I'd just rather have multiple browsers.

Wow, I never realized there were so many women in this thread!
My new schizo theory is that you're actually Pippa, change my mind.

Pippa: What do you have in England? Beans on toast and bad teeth?

her hatred for the english is heartening (not that she has much room to speak on bad teeth)
England sucks, but she's also right, all the shit tourists visit suck and it's always swarmed with petitioners and gypsies. It's like being spammed in real life and it's not that exciting considering there's so much information of these places. Some of the shit they do to maintain these places is interesting but you will never see it, and I remember when I was in Cologne during Victory Day they were doing maintenance on the cathedral so they just had a massive photo banner hanging over the circled part. Then the light show was just shit projected over the cathedral so it was more masking of what you came to see:

I wasn't there to see it specifically, but imagine the people who traveled out only to see a Jpeg banner over the central part and a projection show.

Sorry if it's late or already mentioned, I only skimmed through the thread and didn't see it posted by anyone, or by even Sanshain himself, but @Sanshain opened up that vTuber forum.

Just putting it out there for those who didn't see Sanshain's poast.

Nah, the raids are generally great, because they also come with their own small storylines, most of which are fantastic. Specifically love Alexander because the story is batshit insane goblin time travel shenanigans, and the gameplay is kinda experimental because they hadn't nailed the formula down yet. NIER raids because I'm a huge NIER autist, and Yoko Taro, the crackhead genius, put the ending to his 15 year long franchise in a different franchise. And all of the Endwalker raids just have really fun mechanics. To top it all off, the raids have a lot of the best music from the game.

I just don't get people who try the game after seeing that it's very story heavy, and basically a singleplayer JRPG with dungeons you can, but don't have to, play in coop, and then they skip all the cutscenes and dialog, trying to race to the endgame like chimps. Especially since the endgame isn't that expansive, or designed to keep you playing for 12 hours a day with dailies and shit. WoW and it's consequences have been a disaster for the MMO genre.

English are also universally the worst tourists, with the Chinese being in close second. But yeah, tourism in Europe generally fucking blows in the last ten years both for the locals who are getting niggered by foreigners, and if you're just someone genuinely interested in seeing some neat sights. It's all become so fucking expensive and you'll see more other tourists and their bullshit than the place and the culture you actually came to see. Worst of all, you have places that lean so hard into jewing tourists that the actual culture of the place has all but died out, and it's just a grotesque, exaggerated parody of what the place really used to be like.

But hey, at least you can see something older than 300 years that's not a fucking hole in the ground if you come to Europe, unlike the US.

As penance for my megasperging, have a tenma clip about onions:

I never reached that far, but I liked Nero a lot and the whole techno empire. They just seemed rather interesting with a lot of drive and soul for villains that didn't feel like caricatures of "I'm evil, I want to kill everyone because it's funny". It also made the techno empire feel like a threat but one that could be handled as they were powerful but they still needed to scope out the elementals and other things as they didn't know everything, and they had suffered a loss in the past that made them out as both a very serious threat and potentially manageable.

As a WoW raid lead in the past, the game gives you a weird state of wet brain. Everything in it has been made so shit for the sake of raiding that even if you want to enjoy the side quests, you can't because the game wants you to know that's a waste of time. Really what made Vanilla good was that you could do a bunch of dumb shit and still have fun, though any time something outside of the intended path emerges they stomp on it.

If you want to visit Europe, or anywhere really, find a local guide. I was lucky to usually be there for work so I got to see the weird hole in the walls and that was the fun shit, the tourist stuff was always underwhelming that just felt bland.

A friend sent me this today, aparently this is Irys before she was on hololive

He said to me that aparently there's a doxx of Irys where her face and more was leaked, I tried to search here on KF for posts but I wasn't able to find anything, does anyone have a link for it?

Do people still wipe to Titan? Whole game feels like an amusement park ride compared to pre-WOW MMOs like FFXI. You lose exp and can de-level when you die, it hurt SO GOOD.

Wasn't that the one where Chaos Warden was a fight so long that people players needed a vomit drawer or was that just media hype?
Encounter design was a bit of an adventure back in the day, yes. Pandemonium Warden originally didn't have a despawn timer and the team fighting its pre-nerf version gave up after 18 hours. The worst was probably Absolute Virtue, though: the developers wisely gave it a full heal!

Suffice it to say that there's a reason most raiders moved to WoW when it was released. The raids were slogs, but you didn't need to take vacation days to do them.

I'm pretty sure WoW was out by then, and back then there were some wild people. I think it was the guild Conquest that reached Rag so fast that they got banned for exploiting, which caused them to release all of their strategies and logs to prove Blizzard was full of shit, and that resulted in the modern culture of everything being shared as before that things were kept rather secret. I also remember a Rogue from the guild Retribution X, renamed to Ret X, and then just Ret (woke shit by Blizzard) applying on their forums because raiding three days wasn't enough for the guy. Ret was a world first guild.

I have an oddly autistic timeline of that shit in my head, with Twelve Prophets being the first guild to have double Rag Hammer legendaries that killed their guild and Paradosi being the guild that showed Horde was not a joke.

This shit was 16 years ago, what the fuck

Re WoW: I just remember being on Mannoroth. Never in the top guilds or anything (and Mannoroth had a lot of top guilds), but I was in a sort of alliance of smaller guilds where we had semi-regular organized PuGs and regularly cleared top level content, though obviously not at world/server record pace. FF14 I need to start playing again. I played most of A Realm Reborn on the free trial, and have hardly played at all since actually buying the subscription (I'm only just a little ways into Heavensward and I bought it in like, November).

Re IRyS: Yeah, that doesn't even sound remotely like her. BlueSharkTV's probably got the right person...but how did he figure that out so quickly.......nevermind, forget that I asked. And the only 'leak' I've seen that isn't on nyfco is a partial hand reveal on her other twitter.

Edit: Now I'm just scrolling through her other twitter and came across......this

🤦‍♂️
Maybe it's just because it's 4 am, but I think it's hilarious every time I see a picture from 5 years ago that I recognize from her stories now. For instance, wow, she really really does love talking about fingernails, like in that one CHADcast. And I just came across a pic she took of her dad's keys and he had a keychain of her old persona, so her dad was a supportive merch-buying simp even way back then.
