Turns out embroidery is kinda like analog pixel art which is pretty neat. The plaids are "re-sleeve" pocket squares from Pendleton flannels I converted from long to short. The main thing is I wanted to get the cuffs to make what some Johnnie-O shirts have called a "tweener button" that helps things hold together but is invisible. Left me with roughly handkerchief sized scraps. I should've gone with thicker ribbon and sewing them on wouldn't look so much like an abortion but I learned enough to do it right when I get the balls for round 2.

I've been binge listening to MATI streams while I've been working and drawing- learning about unfamiliar cows, and old drama. I visited family. Did some target shooting. Spent time outside with my dog while the weather was nice.
