Some observations from Destiny's commentary on the Keffals interview, the H3H3 thread and this very Kiwi Farms website:

Destiny is covering the Offals appearance, and ripping his claims apart. Starts by pointing out there were no assault rifles and that Offals is teasing their location so he can grift from being doxxed. Pity that some people took the bait.

Destiny calls Klein a simp for Keffals but I think he is reading the situation wrong. This is a disaster for Offals. 20 minutes in, Ethan is reading out accusations against Offals from their subreddit, and Offals replies are weak. Maybe it's all the prescription meds that Ethan is on, but it looks like he is regretting bringing Offals on and is skeptical. He may not call him out or really challenge him about his bullshit, but it looks bad.

A lot of users on the subreddit - /r/h3h3productions - are seeing multiple posts criticising Offals and will see that he is not a martyr. It's not justKF defenders, or rightwingers, or the usual skeptics - e.g. "... as a trans person i cannot in good faith support keffals .... she’s been called out over and over again by trans BIPoC."

I didn't see this mentioned, but he left SC2 because he wasn't performing well against Korean players, also because he wanted to get in on the League of Legends(which had just come out) hype.

This is partially true, as I followed him around that time for a short while because someone posted his videos where he talks to a League player named "XJ9" who was a brony that posted revenge porn of his girlfriend because she played a champion in League that he didn't approve of. It was a rather crazy video and you can still find it today, and it's partially why I ended up getting similar content which was Metokur and co. So Destiny radicalized me by making fun of a sperg on his stream.

Anyway, Destiny was still a SC2 player back then and XJ9 was a sort of pro League player that made his income boosting accounts. What really pushed Destiny to League was the money as he saw that streams for it got way more hits and attention than SC2 did which was a dying game at the time, while League had been around for some time and had rather huge live tournaments that put the Starcraft scene to shame.

I think that the closest thing destiny have on Keffals is him claiming responsibility for his deplatforming from twitch. and maybe his constant begging for twitter to ban him.

I believe, if he ends up actually going forward with a lawsuit, that he intends to pursue it in Canada, where I don't believe you actually have to prove damages.

Some sperg in his reddit goes over it a bit and I'm not a lawyer, but it seems that it might have legs. Maybe someone here is better versed in Canadian law...or law in general and can say otherwise.
