The issue is is that fetishes and paraphillias are innate in people. From what little I saw before deciding to abandon my account there, I think Graf himself doesn't necessarily post a ton of lolicon. Check out the other mods there. Some of them are worse than others and there is no doubt in my mind a few of them are actively grooming kids as we speak with the heinous things they are comfortable posting to their timelines. Not sharing in DMs, posting to their timelines, and I think mod posts will show up in your feed regardless of if you follow them or not.
