Unfortunately, both sides have a point. I don't know if the movie went far enough in condemning the degenerate lifestyles supported by Frank N Furter, because it's mixed in with plenty of "villain has a point," and "don't do this cool thing," stuff. Kinda like how those who made the film Cuties disengenuously claimed that the movie portrayed child exploitation in a negative light.

But on the other hand, even if a pro-lgbtq movie like Rocky Horror Picture Show showed any signs of condemning the excesses of the LGBTQ community, no matter how gently or toothlessly, they would cry foul.

TL;DR: The movie does, actually, glorify sexual hedonism, and people are right for saying so. The movie also does show the negative consequences of such a lifestyle, and the person driving most of it is the villain. The movie is degenerate, but still doesn't go far enough for the LGBTQ community's liking.
