She's either trying to use the pump on an entirely fake arm-skin-roll-up dick, or on a "meta," ie metoidioplasty. Probably the meta.
A "meta" is not a rotdog per se. It is when a testosterone-enlarged clitoris and genitals that are testosterone-mutated in general are then cut in various ways so the clitoris appears as prominent as possible. So to review:
She was using a dick pump on her dickless stitched up unhealed mangled crotch and then was surprised when a hole tore in it and blood went all over.

The funny thing about this complaint is, this thread is one of the most detailed and comprehensive archives of post-op transgender surgeries on the Internet, and the trannies are trying their hardest to force it offline. It looks as if the doctor removed the most of the necrotic remains of his penis. The issue still remains that it looks like there is some remaining infection and necrosis. On top of that, we have yet to see what is going on inside his am hole. From previous photos, it appeared that there was quite a bit of necrosis occurring on his inside.
