Typically, if it's injectable or pills, it's cheap (there's always some kind of troon charity org that will help with the cost) and usually they do it once a week if injection, daily if pills.

They were overwhelmingly gay men, many of whom died alone and rejected by their families and society at large. They were not coddled little extremely online trannies who melt down over being misgendered, and they didn't have anywhere near the sort of social clout/pull to get whole websites shut down, if such a thing had existed at the time. In short, Kevin, you have nothing in common with them other than being part of the putative LGBTQ+ "community", which just goes to show how bullshit the very concept is.

Taking HIV prevention medicine to fit in is so retarded that I can believe him doing it. He certainly isn't taking it because he's at risk. It's required covered under Medicaid and he probably just can't miss out on a chance for any freebies while demonstrating how ~QUEER~ his polyfamily is. He is the absolute perfect example of people who severely strain and needlessly burden taxpayer medical programs. He is a living, wheezing, sitting argument against Medicaid for All even if you otherwise support such programs.

Using PrEP long-term is tough on the body. Most search results for its side effects are sites that try to prescribe it so it is downplayed. Also because, yes, AIDS is much much worse and they don't want gay men to skip taking it if it's between organ damage and full blown AIDS.
