I found an article (archived). The man shot was apparently reaching for a gun. Of course this is not visible in the bodycams. The thing he handed the officer earlier was a magazine he had in his pocket. He's clearly out of it on something, possibly just drink. He's black (with a considerable amount of white as well), not a spic, but one of the officers was a spic.
The one common thread? The women don't shut the fuck up and stop freaking out to think.
If you went by the freaking out alone, you would assume someone is getting mauled by a bear. In reality, it's just some corpses going YOLO down the mountain.
