It's a weird flex too because wealthy people don't do that shit. You don't maintain wealth by pissing your money away. We have a term for people who do this. They're usually NFL or NBA players and they end up broke less than 5 years after they're out of the league.

Was this recently, or is this the flight to Sidney for their "protest" of Cloudflare where we got to see the Elliot Fong-Jones virgin walk?

It's like how people think that millionaires buy big expensive* brands off the rack, when really most of them just find who makes a really good X and pays them a reasonably high amount for something custom-tailored that'll last a lifetime.

It was the Sydney flight. He's autistic enough that in the next image he described what type of mask he was wearing, mentioned that he was flying premium economy and that he was on the upper deck.

His partner is Australian and LF-J was granted residency here earlier this year. He flies between Canada and Australia quite often.

My understanding is that the considerable wealth to which he has access is a family trust, not his previous earnings from Google.

What is with troons and being absolute leeches on society? They all seem to be e-beggars, and if they aren't, they are on tugboats and chronically online. There are a rare few that aren't, like Liz Ding Dong, but it's highly uncommon.

Fong is a tech-troon, so that's a bit of category of their own - can have gainful employment. However Fong is still sits at the bottom of that category, meaning unable to do anything with computers beyond basic janitorial jobs. Literate, but nowhere enough to be hired by Google - unless you're the "token" gender that just so happens to be in great demand among PC-signaling FAANGs. This pales in comparison with troons who are legit tech (ie Byun of N64, Isis of Tor and hundreds of others that have something to show for it).

He did eventually get a BSc from MIT, but that was well after he started working for Google.
