What I really hate about the YMS Commentaries is that he has to start every one with a minute of "Hello, this is a YMS commentary track, no it hasn't started yet. Basically, you're responsible for finding your own copy of the movie."

He could just say all that in text and have the commentary begin right when the video starts and then it would be much easier to synchronize 0:43:14 with 0:43:14, especially since you'll probably pause and come back to it later, which will throw off the synchronization.

But instead the timestamp on the video is off by however many odd seconds Adam spent explaining it to you, so you have to remember the Adam commentary starts 53 seconds in and coordinate 0:43:14 with 0:44:07, and 1:36:28 with 1:37:21 etc. and if you forget how many seconds he yammered on, it's near impossible unless you go back to the beginning of the video to hear it again just to count the seconds.

He probably does this to either cover his ass just in case someone decides to do a take-down over it (either due to bots or someone being really trigger-happy with that strike button) or his audience is genuinely retarded that they think he would upload the entire movie alongside his commentary

I think it's worse that he, along with his fellow two fart sniffing podcast hosts, can't seem to have a clear take on children's films and their way of approaching "adult themes".

"Children are not dumb. The Lion King dealt with mature subjects with sooo much maturity and care, it's awesome and other films should do so too".

- Kids movie shows abuse or other "adult" topic on film.

"This is so dark. Why would you put this on a kids movie?"

Also, is it just me or are quickies becoming more and more lazy-er, he can't even formulate a clear argument on why a movie is bad or mediocre. It's like when he talked about Breaking Bad in the Sardonicast.

It's gotten to the point where you can have no idea what movie he's talking and its just the same copy and paste critiques for the most part. Tbf Hollywood has arguably been on one of its worse streaks with the shit its been churning out post-covid and regardless his audience still wants his opinion. He's clearly phoning in the quickies because of other "projects" and its an easy way to shit out content for some extra ad revenue in between.

He's seems to be cutting back on the alcohol as far as I can tell and recently became a lot more health conscious in the past year. But you're right that he's still and will forever be coomer.

I always thought this guy sounded a lot like well-known Chris Chan troll Alec Benson Leary. Nasal voice, both gay, both furries, both obsessed with autistics, self-righteous as fuck, insufferable really. Idk. Finally just felt like posting about my "gut feeling."

Am I the only one that ever got that feeling about him? Like he may have been a troll (or still is)? I mean we know the guy is a creep and more is coming out about him so it's fair assumption at this point?

Also, there was this one review he did where he did with his "pals" where they all talk about his history of being "obsessed with autistics" and one of his pals is an Asian (makes me think of "Mao" from the Chris Chan days) and there are all these knowing laughs. If I can find it I'll post it. For some reason I thought this was in the context of one of his Don Bluth reviews but I can't seem to find it now.
