This is the part I take some issue with. It seems as though as whenever graf doesn't get his way, he immediately turns to "well that person can go fuck themselves". He seems a bit too quick to over react. Just say you disagree, not immediately throw all of your toys out of the pram.

Reminder before the forum got hacked I have made a post exposing poa.st's TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT. A few hours later, poa.st changed their logo.
Poast has been stealing their logo from an Israeli Medical Equipment Manufacturer called "p-cure" since JANUARY 2021. People from the fediverse shared it and Graf was forced to change it because he was fearing lawsuits.

Yes but he went through the trouble of making his website a corporation so I don't really think that's what happened, he probably got the logo from one of his capos who told him they made it or "it's totally free bro you can use it xd". Very true. He seems to be very reluctant about anything, by which I mean that he's hoping he flies under the radar long enough that litigators wouldn't care, but with all of the elements involved it seems a bit careless, to put it lightly.

I have been using poast since it was made, the retards on here (particularly distinguished toastmaster), who probably got banned because he was correctly identified as a sped and is now trying to start shit here because he is banned there, need to be labelled as retarded and not knowing what they are talking about

No, this is retarded, poast has made enemies of most other nodes on the fediverse who are in the sphere of the blacklisted web that it occupies by defederating from pedo instances and banning pedos. Multiple loli posters have left and accused poast of being 'cringe like gab' for not allowing shit to be posted that looks like children being fucked etc.
The retard "distinguished toastmaster" saying that it was worse before new people joined is actually completely full of shit, because the trs people are actually incredibly antipedo and have clashed with people on poast when they joined and caused similar drama.
Also, although the trs people are on there, it is not a 'trs instance', nobodyhas.biz actually fills that function and was created by trs speds who similarly clashed with the poast culture. As far as I'm aware the instance has the policy of 'if it doesnt look like children having sex and it is blurred out then it dont care free speech'. Graf has tried to mitigate this problem by helping users set up their own nodes and supporting them so they can fuck off and do their own shit and he doesn't have to deal with the drama about how his node moderates with them anymore (eg giving money to bae.st etc )
Also, graf is not a perfect mod, he is probably going to end up a lolcow if he doesn't curb his drinking which makes him overly reactive and sensitive to criticism. He made the sensible decision of letting people he trusted moderate on his behalf, which worked well until recently, where he is doing reactive stuff. I encourage people on kiwifarms to not obsess over graf as he is literally just an autistic computer person who gets drunk and wants to shitpost and doesn't want to care about drama. However, he will very easily fall prey to tactics by people like "distinguished toastmaster" who want to create a nexus point on this thread to cause shit to spiral.
This is based on my observation that kiwifarms is like a poststick note board of people to fuck with, and the more popular the thread the more people want to fuck with the people on it. Which is why I always find kiwifarm's neutrality really dubious, obviously people who fuck offsite with the people in the thread are here and engaging, and actively stirring drama. I have done it myself ( no specifics I am not into that stuff anymore).
Some of the hostility on here seems to derive from the fact that graf wont let you join to harass people who have used the site for longer and donate money to support his projects.
