If there were literal CP here like this lying whore claims, it would take a simple call to law enforcement to shut it down permanently. There is nothing here but Rebecca Gerber's own posts where she continually lies about everything and gets mocked for it.

She obviously can't say "waaaah I'm mad my lies are archived" so she makes up bullshit like this instead.

Even Keffals knows she's just a lying freak.
When Lucas Roberts, the trans community's biggest hypocrite thinks you're full of shit, that's when you know you've really fucked up.

I ain't reading this whole thread, but I just wanted to share the wikipedophiles Very Important Discussion on whether the wikipedofile for Kiwi Farms should have a link:

> Should we really be listing the current URL of a website as dangerous as this, after its primary domain was already taken down? Jenny Death (talk)

(user page shows This user is non-binary. This user's pronouns are he/him and they/them. This user identifies as pansexual. This user identifies as a Democratic Socialist. This user supports trans rights.)

The discussion goes on for quite some time, but basically they completely tear up the Wikipedophile rulebook in an effort to not provide a link to Kiwi Farms:

> Doxxing is, in many jurisdictions outside of the US, illegal. While the forum's servers might be hosted in the US, many of the active users and their targets are international. Swatting likewise is also illegal in many jurisdictions. Both of these things are frequent actions that arise on KiwiFarms.

Hey there, I'm Sideswipe or off Wiki, Zoë. Why Sideswipe? Well when I was a teen, I was a huge fan of the Transformers franchise through the G1 animated series and the Marvel comics line. One of the comics I had prominently featured an Autobot called Sideswipe and the name stuck with me. By the time I became an online gamer, it just felt right.

During my day job I'm a video game developer, though my editing interests at the moment lie mostly in the transgender and LGBT rights area.

Anyway there is overwhelming consensus from the tranny horde infesting that page that the URL is too dangerous, and even though Wikipedia is only supposed to obey US law, the fact Kiwi Farms might be illegal, in like New Zealand, or some other pozzed shithole, means that just tear up the rulebook and start deleting links.

Another classic argument:
With respect to WP:COPYVIOEL, Kiwi Farms has an infamous section called "Take that off the internet!" which is filled with takedown notices emails, many of which are made on copyright and DMCA grounds, and to which the owner of the Kiwi Farms responds often with dubious counter-claims. To me, that fulfills the If there is reason to believe that a website has a copy of a work in violation of its copyright, do not link to it. line of COPYVIOEL. As for ELNO, I actually meant to link to WP:ELNEVER #2, which prohibits linking to websites on the spam blacklist without exception.

When someone points out that Wikipedia happily links to Scihub (100% stolen content) and Stormfront (actual Nazi forum), they are like 'yeah, we should delete those links too'. (Spoiler: they haven't, and they won't.)

KiwiFarms: literally the most dangerous site on the internet.

What even is the fucking point of this debate? Unless your entire worldview begins and ends at wikipedo it's piss easy to find the url for anyone who wants to visit. And if they don't want to visit then not having the url is fucking pointless anyway. This is petty ego stroking clear as day.

Responding with counter claims is how the DMCA is literally supposed to work. If they are dubious counter claims they can be contested in a court of law. If the suit results in a court order Null will follow it. Therefore any remaining material is not in violation of copyright. Besides Null does take down content if it is truly copyright infringing (if you actually looked at "Take that off the internet!" forum you would find many such cases).

Assertions of wikipedos are wrong on so many levels but I guess that's par for the course for an encyclopedia full of errors and misinformation.

Google has extensively fucked with Kiwifarms' indexing, so a simple google search for kiwifarms won't take you here.

Bing has some more reliable information:

Some of the dwindling #dropkiwifarms found this dudes twitter. I guess hes some how connected to fiberhub.. idk that stuff... this argument was just too good not to share.

Also this happened at one point..

Notice how when all their arguments fall flat in the face of someone who won't bend to pressure they just move on to indicting you as a person. You must have some secret neo-nazi motivation for defending people who are jerks online, it couldn't just be that being a jerk isn't illegal and people don't want to waste their time explaining themselves to anime avatars on twitter.

The sad part about the CP claims is that they work. As a hypothetical, lets take the fact that we've got a Mr Metokur video archive on the site. The name of this innocent video is "Bathtub_Boy_2_-_Electric_Molestaroo". There's no actual illegal content held within this file, however, if you were to send the URL of the file to the abuse team of any real provider, they will assume it's CP.
You'd ask yourself, though, why don't they just click the file? See if it's true and all that. But alas, they cannot investigate this stuff themselves due to it being potentially illegal, which gives them two options. 1: Drop the site, or 2: Get into a long, complicated, expensive series of increasingly annoying levels of LE involvement. It's not hard for a business to pick which they'd prefer.

Also, I lied, it's not a hypothetical. Literal Wolf Naia Okami ended up writing a whole ass document which included lovely commentary such as this. Both versions of the document will be attached to this post with Naia actually having given pemission, aswell as sending out these files themselves in a telegram chat after expressing regret over even writing it up for this disappointment of a movement.

Later revisions of said document however, have had that section replaced with a much more "honorable" redaction.

This redaction however doesn't stop people like LongFaceJones and others from the troonsquad from using this method against the site. I suppose when they claimed they wanted to use the legal method to take down the site they meant this, the most underhanded way of being "legal".

Can one of the legalfags explain if someone from Texas would theoretically have a case against cloud flare under the new law?
At a glance, no.

1) CloudFlare does not precisely meet Section 120.001's definition of a "social media platform".
2) It also doesn't precisely meet the exclusions outlined in 120.001 (A) through (C), it most closely aligns with (C)(ii).
3) It doesn't meet 120.001 (A) because it isn't an ISP as defined in 324.055.
4) Even if you could successfully argue CloudFlare does manage to meet these criteria somehow, it in and of itself is unlikely to have 50 million active subscribers required in 120.002 (b).

The law seems to have been explicitly crafted to target Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram, and probably chat platforms like Telegram or WhatsApp.
