I've been trying to decipher whatever David meant in his tweet, I believe that he has some sort of advanced fatty liver disease, one of the risk factors is that david has a large amount of abdominal fat (shouldn't be surprising but David's catsona is quite petite). Given that it apparently took him by surprise there is the possibility he had no symptoms. Fatty liver can develop into cirrhosis that can lead to peritonitis (very dangerous infection) and cirrhosis commonly associated with dialysis so that might be where he got the "disabled" part, so if he takes care of himself he is probably fine and sounds worse than it actually is, though i'm not 100% sure, it is a french canadian telephone game after all.

Also today boo has been talking about the calories in vegetables with dave so it looks like they already started dieting, again it fits with fatty liver.

I think we tried to propose making threads for the BIG guys on this thread (Shammy, David, and Mandalore) but we seemed to all agree that this is sort of a hub for all of there happenings.

There's no way he's actually trans, this is clearly just a fetish thing going by how he announced this. But I can't decide if this is either A: a purely cynical move designed to shed all criticism by draping himself in the troon cult and its rabid adherents or B: he's simply a terminally online pornsick sadbrain who's been peer pressured into seeing his dissatisfaction with the way his life is going as gender dysphoria by insane people on the internet. I had started listening to Please Stop Talking a few months ago and went through the whole catalog, but only due to YouTube recommending me a compilation of Mandalore's moments on the show; gives you an idea of what the best episodes are. Given the amount of things they've shared on the show (which led me to see if there was a thread), and the wild shit I've read in this thread alone, Shammy trooning out might be the among the least surprising things I've seen in relation to PST.
