There was that medical journal entry I dug up awhile ago where somebody had permanent muscle and nerve damage of the triceps of her arm at the donor site where they took the graft for the neophallus. It resulted in complications.
All that for a skin sausage that will probably have to be removed at some point.

I take issue with the online troon crowd who want to hide the risks of these surgeries and put people at risk. Keeping complications and problems with surgeons a secret is not how you help others like yourself.
the doctors of course were my focus in writing this thread, their behavior is unethical and dangerous. they have professional standards to meet that they're not, I don't blame the individuals getting these surgeries for having ridiculous expectations, because that's the sales pitch for the surgeries.
but afterward, the complicity of the community in protecting the unethical work, that's the really disturbing thing to me.
ALWAYS post the surgeon's names and faces. It's only half a cow without them.

It's a massive rhetorical cope. They're trying to lean on an axiom that "everybody's different and that's okay" as if differences within a group inherently allow you to place anything inside that group. You hear it a lot in these circles "everybody's got mental issues in some way", "everybody's a little bisexual", "everybody's a little bit male and a little bit female", "everybody has some kind of disability", etc. What they're effectively doing is another social justice crime: erasure. By trying to subsume the group into everybody so they can claim the group is normal (and thus good) they're erasing the group. This might be most stark in how they treat the intersex, no longer are these people an extreme deviation from the population who may have specific problems, now they are just another variation of "gender" like a boy who likes to play with Barbies or a girl who likes power tools or an enby who presents as male at all times. Another common theme of this thread is how all mental issues are erased for addressing supposed gender dysphoria. The pandemic revealed how many seemingly healthy people are apparently immunocompromised and need everyone to do as they say on minor things forever or they'll die, erasing people who might actually need specific accommodations. (Strangely, this logic stops applying when it comes to ethnicity in which everyone must instead conform to the racial groups used by the U.S. Census.)
They aren't trying to place the group in the "everybody" to achieve actual acceptance for a (usually) natural trait, they're trying to do it to exempt the group's behaviors from criticism.

Below I have attached photos and archives from his two newest updates.
It looks as if the doctor removed the most of the necrotic remains of his penis. The issue still remains that it looks like there is some remaining infection and necrosis. On top of that, we have yet to see what is going on inside his am hole. From previous photos, it appeared that there was quite a bit of necrosis occurring on his inside.

Even third and fourth degree burn treatment doesn't treat necrosis as anything other than a major issue that is dangerous, not a normal ho-hum course you go through when healing.

Just to add to this, some quick truths for those uncertain and lurking:
PUBERTY BLOCKERS DO NOT HIT "PAUSE"
These do not let you be a kid "until you're ready"
You body still grows because that's what it's supposed to do.
You will still be the same height, your torso the same shape, your feet and hands the same length BUT your bones will be weakened and prone to breaking as you get older, and your genitals will not form properly. You may never experience orgasm, and will possibly stunt yourself sexually and mentally for the rest of your life.
NEO VAGINAS DO NOT "WORK"
Your new tunnel will not have any pleasurable feeling when something is inside of it. Talk to anyone about how painful dilation is; having a penis in there instead of a phallic piece of plastic will not suddenly make it better.
Your new tunnel will not have the muscles or elasticity of a natal vagina. If you want that feeling of being "filled" or "full" that porn has promised you then get into anal sex instead. It is not the same, but it's much closer to the "female experience" than an empty, painful hallway.
HRT usually shrinks and destroys the prostate, and any anal you engage in after SRS surgery runs the risk of creating fistulas in your new tunnel.
All your sexual pleasure will come from your "clit" (the shaven down remains of the head of your penis) and AT BEST it will feel the same as when it was a penis, but often it will be dulled or at worst it will be painful because you have had all those receptors cut into and reshaped.
You will not have "female orgasms" because it is the same penis with the same receptors and nerves as before, it is simply reshaped and placed differently.
You will not suddenly start creating "female fluids" because your body has no means of "knowing" your penis has "become" a vagina, and has no means of changing what it produces.
Your coffee machine won't suddenly make you a birthday cake no matter what you replace the coffee grounds with. No matter what you put in, it will still think it's coffee and still treat it the same.
What you get in the end will be the goopy results of it doing exactly what it's programmed to do, and it may not be coffee anymore but it sure as hell isn't cake either.
NEO PHALLUSES DO NOT "WORK"
Your new skin flap will not have any pleasurable feeling when you touch it, most will not regain any feeling at all. Stroking it or inserting it into someone will not feel good for them or you.
All your sexual pleasure will be from the movement stimulating your clit, which is usually buried in its base.
It will never get hard. Even with an inflatable device inside it will still be a limp piece of flesh unsuitable for penetration.
You will have UTIs. To "Stand to pee" you will have your urethra elongated, which is prone to breakage and infection. Think of it like a piece of playdough you roll out thinner and thinner, and now imagine pressurized liquid has to still run through it successfully.
If standing to pee is worth so much to you that you're willing to risk blood clots, infections and the ability to engage in sexual activity, just get a fake one you can wear and pee through. Neo Phalluses are essentially numb, so having a plastic version instead really isn't that different.
THE HARDEST TRUTH: YOU WILL STILL BE YOU AFTER THE SURGERY/HOROMONES
All of your personal problems will still exist, all of your mental problems will still persist.
When all the excitement from surgery and all the love bombing online fades away you will have a moment to think and realize nothing has actually changed.
This will not erase the fact that you're gay.
This will not make you more attractive to the opposite sex or give you "access" to lesbians or gays.
You will still look in the mirror and see all the same, if not more, flaws, because the underlying issue is that you don't like yourself or how others treat you for being yourself, it has little to do with outward appearances.
You will still be the same age, you do not get a new childhood or become a hot anime teenager.
If you were lazy before the surgery, you will still be lazy now. You won't suddenly have new willpower and drive.
BUT SPACEACE, HOW DO I FIX ALL THE HURT THEN?
You need a a doctor and/or therapist. Even if you still want to change yourself afterwards you can rule out any chemical imbalances or physical/metal issues that may have you seeking these radical "solutions".
Take some quiet time away from your peer group, make sure you're doing what YOU want, not what they say you want.
If you want the confidence that comes with changing your outward appearance just put the actual work into the body/face you've been given; work out, eat well, go outside, learn to do makeup, dress in a way that flatters your form.
Maybe you're still trans when it's all said and done, but wouldn't it be better if that fact made you happy instead of miserable? To accept your functioning body as it is, no matter how you identify, rather than asking reddit a few months later if having necrotic tissue inside your body and falling out while you dilate is normal?
These are hard changes, but they're ones that actually work.
