Someone pointed it out: For a long time, after ClouDNS revoked service, they made kiwifarms.st into a landing page for ClouDNS. IntoVPS/Hosterion hosted that landing page.

I truly think that he's thwomping down on these providers to project away from his ever crushing large stone block of a fact that he's disgustingly racist. This may even be why Mr. Elliot Fong Thwimp has transitioned, thinking that he could angrily fall down his clear square racism and crush his way into a woke community. I'm certain that his cement face is cracking and there is some awareness of his bigotry.

Ah, you've probably described it elsewhere in more detail but assumed it was just a round-robin among the four IPs it returns. Obviously much more complex than that then with reverse proxies involved or the such I guess, (enough to confuse even an ex-Google thwomp, but I doubt the diversity hire ever did much).
