If there's so much slanderous bullshit being passed around about you that it essentially becomes common knowledge that you're a pedophile terrorist who thanos snaps trannies out of existence, and you let this state of affairs continue for years without attempting to protect your reputation, you can't just pick out the hundredth random guy to repeat it and take him to court.
