having read the document, watched the stream, and followed this thread since it was posted on the front page, i have yet to see any mention of the following two items of interest:

- towards the end of his commentary about the alleged byuu / near suicide, at about 1:25:00, destiny states:

- in the document and on the stream, destiny presents the evidence for the fraudulence of the gfm, with particular attention given to the idea that keffals has no intention of suing the ontario police, nor of pursuing any other legal action. yet he goes on to assert that he (destiny) has paid the retainer for legal counsel in ontario, that his counsel is in the process of serving keffals with a cease and desist, and that if the c&d is not obliged, he will escalate by legal means.

i'm all for keffals facing the legal repercussions of his actions, and i believe that there is an argument to be made for destiny suing for defamation, but doesn't this give keffals the exact justification that the document was meant to disprove? doesn't this give him a legitimate reason to continue to fundraise for legal expenses?

these are just a couple of thoughts on what i consider an otherwise well-reasoned piece.
