The police are trying to fuck her around. They've seized all the family phones and electronics, including the computers at her husbands church. They have no intention (or even the means) of doing a detailed analysis of them. They're going to put a caution in front of her and tell her to sign it so that they can have a quite life. If she doesn't they have other things they can do, such as turning up at her neighbours and asking 'questions' about her activities.
