The Caroline Farrow, Adrian Harrop, and Anthony George Halliday / Stephanie Hayden Megathread

The cops have time to arrest someone over “hate speech” but no time to arrest pedos. Did I get that right?

I'm not sure why any Americans are gloating in this thread. We may have the bill of rights, but none of those protections apply to private entities - you know, like the massive corporations who have significantly more power over our day-to-day lives than the government does. Sure, in England they can get the police to come bully you, but these activists are still perfectly capable of engaging in scorched earth life ruination on US citizens. We literally just witnessed it with what they were doing to null and Kiwi Farms. Good luck functioning in society if you can be black-balled from the banking system with no recourse, or fired from your employment and have your reputation so destroyed that subsequent employment becomes nearly impossible. A guarantee of "free speech" is lovely in theory, but falls pretty far short when the mega corporations who rule over you are willing to bend to the whims of any sufficiently obnoxious rabble-rouser against you.

You don't need the police to literally arrest you if sufficiently dedicated activists can punish you to worse extremes via other methods.

Lotus Eaters has documented some of these freaks for us if anyone wants to watch:

Seeing as the police can now see all my emails , they will see that I have just been sent a password reset to my email address.

This ought to be a clue that I am posting in my own name. I have reset my password because all users were required to do this following the site’s vacation and not because I am hiding anything.

The police showed me a cartoon/meme thing posted by @Kit Kat and asked to explain it. I couldn’t. They asked me to describe what was happening in the picture, like I was in a primary school English class or like in a modern language GCSE exam.

I obviously didn’t do very well because they kept repeating the question to ask me “what do you think this person is doing” and I was genuinely like, I don’t know!

Still glad to see that while my socks were being searched for drugs and my younger ones were having a meltdown in case I didn’t come back and the older ones were texting “OMG I came home and the police were literally arresting my mum because she upset someone who hates her on the internet” to all their mates, others were sipping champagne in celebration.
It was the Troonshine one, wasn't it?

Can you explain what you see on this image and whether it's a transphobic hate crime so we can prosecute you over it?

I would never give access to any account without advice from a legal representative, giving them access to anything without a warrant is just gross. While the "if you have nothing to hide" mentality seems to be the line thrown about it's not about not having anything to hide, considering the snoopers charter has received some pushback I would not willingly give up passwords for the police to go on a fishing expedition for a "non-crime hate incident" because I said troons are vile and pro pedo.

Considering bongland convicted a man over his dog for a not even funny joke and these idiots celebrate his conviction without realising anything that happens to a political or ideological enemy will eventually happen to them is disgusting.

So if a future glowie scoures my web history know this: fuck troons, the only crime being committed is your ignorence to morality.

Everyone is laughing that the bong police do shot like this, don't be surprised when they start doing it to us. Plus, as bad as Engerland gets, at least it isn't as bad as the Krauts.
They usually get shot when they act like Bong police if you're talking about Police around the US. It's funny because they like to do it at night for a shock & awe effect then get surprised when there's lead stuck in their lungs.

I mean, you're not entirely wrong, but there's still a pretty big difference between what Null/The Farms has gone through and having a bunch of armed goons show up at your house to steal your stuff and haul you away to jail at gunpoint (or at the point of whatever baton style object these bloated fogbreathing faggot cops in Bongland use to stimulate each other's prostates). Private companies can fuck your life up. The state can and will imprison or kill you.

I agree that the current state of America may be bad, but at least it's not UK bad.

American cops will happily show up and kill you. It will just be a different reason given for the action. Swatting is a problem for a reason.

As much as we might like to feel superior to the situation in England or Canada, it's only a matter of degrees. It's not actually much of an improvement, and certainly not enough of one that we should feel like these kinds of bad actors can't impact us. The methods might be different in each country, but the same groups of people will happily use whatever means, legal and illegal, to do anything they can to punish you for your perceived "evil".

I don't know who @Caroline Farrow is. I remember seeing her posting here and there. I am not going to read this whole thread now because in the end of the day it doesn't matter which opinions she holds, what political or religious stance she has, which retarded internet slapfights she fights or whatever. Because obviously she didn't post anything that is a crime. So she shouldn't even be in this situation to begin with.

But having the cops showing up at your place with no fucking warrant and seizing stuff is the next step to make this whole situation worse than it's already is. And it doesn't stop here bc this whole shitshow continues with here being questioned about stuff other users posted.

The cherry on this shitcake is the whole Loony Troons celebrating this fucking mess.
I have said it before and I will say it again but they are the ontologically evil force in our modern clownworld. One day they yell A.C.A.B.! and on the next day they suck cop dick and lick boots. Fuck them. All of them. Not an inch to them. No comrpomise anymore.

And yes, all cops are bastards indeed. They may be good persons in private, loving and caring parents and good friends to others. But in the end of the day they are cops. Not a single cop will step back if tasked with such an disgusting act. Not a single cop will say "Oi chief, arresting someone for mean words in the internet? For real? Fuck you, I quit." They will get in their pig car and come for you. And they will get paid for doing it. And they will accept the money. And they will weasel out and say shit like "but it's my job and I have to provide for my family". The same shit a drugdealer will tell you. And thus they support this totalitarian current state of things. All cops are bastards. Accept it and stop crying about mean words.

Fuck the toon brigade and fuck the cops.

Oh, yeah, btw, I googled Caroline Farrow and saw some pics. Would smash.

The Surrey police posted a statement on Twitter (A) and their website (A).

On Monday, 3 October officers attended an address in the Guildford area as part of an investigation into allegations of malicious communications (sending of indecent, grossly offensive messages, threats, or information) and harassment.

A 48-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of both offences.

A number of electronic devices were seized as potential evidence from this address under section 19 of PACE. Where an offence is alleged to have been committed on an electronic device, for example, it may hold a key piece of evidence and may routinely be seized during an investigation.

The woman was taken to Guildford Police Station where she was interviewed. She has now been released under investigation and inquiries remain ongoing.

Temporary Detective Chief Inspector David Bentley said: “There is significant commentary on social media around the perceived circumstances behind this investigation. We do not have the freedom of detailing every stage of our inquiries or the specifics of an allegation on social media as it is critical we do not pre-empt or prejudice any future proceedings at any stage.

"When we receive an allegation of a crime, in this instance one where a grossly offensive message is said to have been communicated, it is our job to assess it alongside any available evidence to identify if an offence has been committed. If it has, we gather further evidence and carry out an investigation to prove or disprove the allegation. That is exactly the process that is being followed in this case.

“The investigation into these allegations is very much ongoing and the relevant inquiries are being carried out. We have a duty to protect the integrity of an investigation, so we will not be providing a running commentary on this case.”

My question, when all these facts are presented, is why tolerate all this?
Brits are the descendants of a proud colonial empire, which has undeniably dominated the planet, now I hate colonialism, but I appreciate the capacity to project strength.
Brits have resisted German bombardments and eventually won, and that was just 80 years ago,
80 years, that's just a lifetime! How the fuck did we get here from there? From resilience and stoicism in front of war and adversity, to cuckery of the worst kind?
As a East European, an area where we are somewhat intolerant, violent, undomesticated and chimping out quite a bit against perceived enemies - I cannot understand the Britbongs.
What's wrong with you guys? Can you be helped? Or is it fatal? Have you given up?
The current preferred target of the police in the UK is those they can get away with arresting. Which tends to be law abiding citizens of a group they cannot be accused of being racist/phobic/etc. towards.

Because those people are law abiding they tend to follow the law and co-operate in the assumption that it will lead to the appropriate outcome because the law is meant to be just. As such they end up being an easy arrest and conviction for the police which lets them feign being competent despite the fact that their area's violent crime and rapes are on the rise, but the figures show they are resolving some crimes.

Meanwhile they get trained by and encouraged to do PR shows alongside groups like Stonewall, hence you see debacles like Liverpool's "it is an offence to cause offence" parade which they had to publicly recant. Though as demonstrated in cases like this at times they still try to act as though that is a real law.

There have been cases brought to trial and they keep finding in favour of those causing offence. Unfortunately that doesn't stop the fact that the police still get to engage in a bit of bullying and harassment while the various rags drag them in the public eye while ignoring much bigger issues (I was about to say looking at you BBC but they posted one on the latest Mermaids saga half an hour ago).

The only thing that's going to break it is a similar lawsuit to what happened with Kiera Bell, with a convincing victory.
