I'm pretty sure DDOSing is not really "legal" anywhere, it's just that certain countries don't mind if you do it to servers in other countries and sometimes even encourage you to. Canada and the United States are not those countries. (Allegedly.)

To me that is the thing with lolcows. There are people like shmorky and lowtax who did put out some work that was intentionally funny before being revealed as lolcows, then there are people like Chris Chan who would often do things that were unintentionally funny. Eventually they sink into this level of being so pathetic and desperate that it just gets disturbing. It starts to make it harder to laugh at their past exploits knowing how they will end up. I think it is sad.
Well that was disturbing as all hell. I'm starting to think that despite announcing himself as "crazy", he actually thinks everyone else is. In other words everybody who doesn't think like him is in the wrong. That would also explain why he has been super dismissive towards anybody who genuinely tried to help him, including people who were his friends.
I'm going to freestyle the obvious and say this a common problem among many groups whether it is race, gender, lifestyle or even religious. Individuals like this who project their struggles no matter how severe or frivolous they actually are onto everybody and want to force their "help" upon the world. Because, particularly with religious sects, what they believe is the absolute after all.
Not everybody is the same though. It's up to each individual to help themselves by coming up with their own mistakes or solutions.
All you can do is light a flare and see if they come.
I remember wondering what Sinseer would be like had he been born into a more advantageous position. Had he been born as an attractive female, he likely would be one of the most notoriously toxic streamers of all time, with an bevy of white knights at his side.

These two videos from the dump are the ones I find most interesting, John goes off on this Deadvolt guy as he laughs at him and John arguing with a lesser eccentric while some kid makes fun of John.

Wanted to clarify a couple of things about John real quick,
Did John get banned from Fallout for harassing the Bethesda Staff?
He got banned from Bethesda's main Discord server over a year prior to his game ban for engaging in drama with Lorespade (who moreso made fun of him rather than argue with him) Though this didn't get John banned from the game yet. He tried to appeal his ban to a couple of the Bethesda staff via private messaging and he kept persisting them rather than taking the ban, This led to the staff blocking him while he kept sending messages to them. This increased John's hatred for Lorespade while naming him on his repeated enemies list descriptions or blog posts. There was also this weird thing about him threatening suicide if they banned him which there was no posted evidence of.
For those that missed reading about it, The game ban began here in January when John had a phone call with Zenimax/Bethesda staff who told him that he was naming and shaming people, This led to him throwing a tantrum about Bethesda and other players on his enemies list for over a week before he finally moved on to ARK before his full obsession with this forum began. John did mention that he recorded the phone call he had and threatened to release them in an effort to damage Bethesda's reputation.
When did John begin rampaging in Fallout?
John slowly but gradually began going after people in the community, He named random players whom he thought were cheating but really began late 2018.
His arch nemesis Steve tormented him the most, John was a moderator in the Reddit Fallout Network and on their Discord prior to starting Fallout 76, Steve / Sinisterhand joined the Discord and began causing John problems, This led to John banning him and a few of his alts, Sinisterhand was John's tard wrangler for years but only really began wrangling him early 2019 by organizing raids and posting about John everywhere. This led to John waging war against him and they both argued for years, Steve would organize groups to fuck with him and John would retaliate by making videos about him screaming at Steve endlessly. John began becoming a person of interest among different trolling groups early 2019 as well after Steve posted about him and made the rounds as Fallout's laughable figure.
Steve / Sinisterhand was eventually outed as a pedophile mid-2021 as from what I heard arrested in Canada for sexting and trying to entice a minor to do sex acts while they were still at school when the messaging occured, The whole thing blew up like one big political scandal and John celebrated not having to deal with his arch nemesis anymore, Revelations came out of Steve randomly sending dick pics of himself to minors and older people randomly as the Steve Revelation was widely talked about throughout the community. I haven't played 76 in several months and don't plan on playing it again, Been playing Elder Scrolls Online lately and their subscription benefits are a lot better than Fallout 1st ever was, Had a bit of fun on 76 though for a year or so but the major updates brought some of the worst bugs and there isn't much you can do endgame but farm XP and crafting materials, Bethesda fucked it up to begin with by rushing the game out instead of working on it more and removing the Nuclear Winter battle royal mode made thousands quit the game, In fact the recent update made it too easy for new players joining the game by scaling down enemies when they were already easy to begin with.
I remember during my time playing Fallout 76 I heard whispers from random players about this "Sinseer" guy, At first I didn't think much about it and brushed it off as a new slang someone came up with or a meme, When I heard him talked about again weeks later when a group of people were laughing while talking about this "Sinseer" guy I looked him up and went down the rabbit hole since, I actually couldn't believe the dude was real when I looked him up and saw like a 3rd of the community treat John as a Bigfoot sighting so I added him just to see for myself and joined one of his sessions. I also used to enjoy Lorespade's videos about John when he and Rincewind would openly mock him when something interesting happened.
I saw him perched in the same spot in a way he can see everything from a distance, I assumed he was AFK so I loitered at his CAMP for a few minutes and saw him move his character an inch but stood in the same spot which I thought was odd. He then went to do one of those events so I joined him in that and when he went back to his CAMP he perched in the exact same spot he was in and wondering what his social media consisted of I checked out the livestream he was doing and he was using this camera mod to follow players around while complaining about them and when I looked up the player names he seethed about they were plastered on his site and found a lot of videos he would make on random players, John is a unique case I don't think any lesser eccentric could compare to.
Lol he left a bad review after getting banned in January, Lists his Steam hours as 9,556 but he also used the Bethesda launcher platform for years before they shut it down
