Isn't PA a purple state? The country is largely red with pockets of blue in Philadelphia and Harrisburg. It's certainly more stable than NJ.
Used to be reliably red. At least, when I lived there. Frank Rizzo was Mayor of Philthadelphia and his knee-high storm trooper boots police MAINTAINED law and order. Couple of nigger heads got split, oh well... fuck around and find out.

The shit today in Philly? Please dig Rizzo outta his grave and put him back in charge. The difference would be black and white... oh wait... dat's rayciss. Let's say "night and day". Prolly still rayciss.

But the days I could walk downtown Philly as a white man just looking fer a damned good cheesesteak are long gone.

Gee, if only we had the technology to transport oil without going overseas to independently support ourselves? What is that called? It's on the tip of my tongue. Orange Man said something about pipes...
Sorry, can't do that - Warren Buffet and the Green Tech Snake Oil Salesmen Venture Capitalists have already said that pipelines are bad, and we gotta shut them down. The fact that they provided a lot of money for Biden's election campaign has absolutely nothing to do with this decision.

Any reason for Ohio? Vance is most likely going to win that race, Ohio is Trump Country these days. Outside the obvious Blue containment districts.
It's rated as "likely R", but it's not a lock. And the Cathedral hates Vance for writing Hillbilly Elegy, because it gives Trump Country a more sympathetic portrayal than that of a Stephen King novel.

Baris has had Vance up since Trump's endorsed him and he's been going on about how most poling companies have no idea how to accurately poll states like Ohio and Wisconsin. Tim Ryan wrote books about yoga. You can't win in Ohio if you've written books about yoga.

Karine Jean-Pierre makes Jen Psaki look and sound like a genius every time she talks.
Pasaki looks like a Rhodes scholar everytime black lesbian Pierre opens her piehole to say anything.

This is your Biden DEI bullshit at it's finest. Qualified? Fuck no. Checks all the right DEI checkmarks?

Youse be hired!

Read an article today about how the Biden administration is going full fucking bore on DEI hiring throughout the government, hoping that corporations adopt the same model. (Sorry, too drunk and stoopid to post that link right now).

But y'all can trust me when I say.... we're fucking doomed. Sat in on an 1.5 hour session (major bank) on DEI this week. I was the only one that spoke up about how "self identifying" certain shit to your employer (disabilities, veteran status) is a double-edged sword. While they want you to believe it's for the greater altruistic good, how da fuck do you know that same info you you volunteered won't be used against you? EX given: Sally Sue has bad migraines and discloses it as a "disability" to Corp, hoping for accommodation because of yeah, when she gets one, she's truly fucked.

But Corp, when Sally Sue applies for another position, hiring managers can see this and some manager can go "She's a liability and I ain't hiring this cunt."

I also raised the point of whatever in the fuck happened to me having to submit Vax status? Where did that information go, who's using it, and why now do we not hear one iota about it, even though I had to scan and upload my Vax status to KEEP FROM LOSING MY FUCKING JOB LIKE AIRLINE PILOTS, NURSES, MILITARY, ETC. That were being fired and kicked to the fucking curb over Vax.

Mentioned that all this shit is crossing HIPPA/CORPORATE lines because truly, this is a private medical decision between a patient and their doctor and having to unwillingly disclose this information to an employer is exactly why HIPPA was created in the first place. (Sidenote- Slappy has written countless training courses on HIPPA law and prolly knows this shit inside and out better than most lawyers).

Meh... I ramble. The end result of the Teams meeting on DEI today was, well fuck this shit. I took control and there was lot of fucking pearl clutching and dropped jaws when I dared to deliberately gnaw on the hand that feeds me. That’s who the fuck I am. And if they can't handle the truth, so be it. It's just a fucking job.

I can't help but think of that bitch's head as a mop. It moves like a dry mop too when she attempts to convey a point and gesticulates wildly in the wake of trying to defend the Biden administration's overt hypocrisy.

I'm keeping my eyes on Ohio

It's as @More AWS-8Q Than You says, only a cursory glance is needed to see Ohio has swung solid red since 2016 and that alone ensures it's no longer a viable Dem pickup. Polling too only reinforces the picture; ignoring Baris' polling mainstream firms have DeWine up double digits in the gubernatorial race - there's no way Ryan is eking a win over Vance in this scenario.

Did those countless training courses resulting from knowing it better than most lawyers include the fact that its HIPAA not HIPPA

Just wondering

Love you too.

Roberts probably won't wanna hear it to keep up appearances.

But dammit, that would make for one lulzy fireworks display.
Roberts still doesn't matter anymore. The key vote is Kavanaugh since he is the tie breaker in most cases now. Which is a damn sight better than Roberts. While Kavanaugh can be iffy he aligns generally and mostly-reliably with the right. Roberts meanwhile aligned with "Whatever gets me the least flack".

Ideal? No. Better? Holy fuck yes.
