Pretty much sums everything up in a neat little bow. There is a little thing I'd like to add though. Resentment. Give it a few years, after all this bullshit is nothing more than the past. Let's say ten years down the road. Keffals is gonna look more like a middle aged man. He'll be in even more pain, and even more depressed cause no one wants him in his mutilated state. His life is destined to become sadder and sadder, so he'll harbor this resentment. He probably already has this buried deep down within him hence the lashing out at the farms, but given a few years it'll be even worse.
