I don't see malpractice in this. The only way I could see this reaching an ethical violation on "Alejandra's" part is if this was interpreted as soliciting false reports to a state bar association, which may or may not be considered a crime of moral turpitude. But that's a tough argument that could be pretty easily rebutted. Again, state ethics rules are primarily concerned with whether an attorney acted unethically in the representation of a client, secondarily concerned with whether an attorney acted unethically as an officer of the court, and distantly concerned with whether an attorney acted properly as a representative of the legal profession.

Look at all the insane things barred attorneys get away with in politics. If Chris Cuomo didn't commit an ethical violation in all of his CNN shenanigans with his brother, the governor of New York, then it's a tough argument to claim "Alejandra" committed an ethical violation in publicizing how to file a complaint in MN and in the process misrepresenting (either purposefully or out of stupidity) what constitutes an ethical violation under the state rules.

I went down the same @crystal_choronzo path you did, the politics match but no obvious interactions, and your Nathan items seem to be on the right track. I only shared the most obvious, easy ones, anything that took more effort I'm waiting on until I have the extra info from Nick directly.

I'm hoping the letter writer Nick mentioned is the Insomiac game dev with something to lose, and that it's actually an Insomniac game dev. That would be pretty spicy, but I'm only giving it a 25% likelihood until I see an address.

I'm not an Attorney,but spreading outright misinfo and then siccing the cult on another Attorney seems extremely unethical

I've only just started watching this but is it normal for judges to break everything down Barney style like this to people who self represent? I always imagined that if you where retarded enough to waive your right to legal representation you would just get walked over in court. Is this just to make sure that this asshole cant appeal with an I'm a retard excuse?


Edit: Ok according to the shyster lawyer the judge has the power to just force him to take a lawyer. Why go through all this fucking hassle if the fucking van of peace man is clearly just trying to piss the court off and waste time? Take fucking charge judge!
