I'm pretty sure that's a myth though, unless you're talking the tiny percentage of genetic ouliers that are genetically XX but are exposed to too much testosterone In Utero and develop male characteristics, or Hermaphrodites and shit like that.
Anyone who thinks they are a different sex to their chromosomal makeup is inherently insane, its just not all of them make it the central or only facet of their personality.
I do have some sympathy for the ones who just get on with their lives and don't make their delusion the touchstone of their lives, because being associated with the typical AGP type like Lucas must feel fucking insulting.
