Will Elon ever stop his hairline from receding?

It would be terribly petty to do so,* But If I were him I'd be tempted to show up at twitter HQ real early on day one and park sideways in whatever reserved exec parking spaces there are and just hang out in the lobby waiting for one of them to come in yelling about "Who's the asshole who parked a Tesla across my spot?"

* Why yes, I can be a real jerk at times. What was the first clue?

That would mean admitting twitter hosts a ton of pedophiles, CSAM and exploited children. Far easier to sperg out about billionaire bad or tesla bad or whatever reason they hate him for.
They've been going pretty hard about "the hellsite" that is twitter already, so who knows. They won't leave, that's for sure.

MUSK FLIPS THE LEFT OFF

Earlier this week Elon Musk offered to pay his full price of $54 dollars a share for Twitter. The deal to buy Twitter was back in the spotlight and Twitter shares soared on the news.

Steve Bannon revealed on Wednesday that Twitter had offered Musk a cut in price if he would agree to two conditions.

One: President Trump’s Twitter account and other conservative accounts must not be reinstated.

Two: Musk keeps the current far let Twitter staff currently employed.

Bannon claimed that Musk basically told Twitter to take a hike and “a deal is a deal.”

Now Twitter is refusing to accept Musk’s new bid of 44 billion according to an AP report citing Musk’s attorneys.

In a court filing, Elon Musk’s attorneys said, “Twitter will not take yes for an answer.”

The trial date on October 17th in Delaware has been moved to October 28th to give Musk and Twitter time to complete the deal. Musk wanted the litigation canceled.

Musk’s attorneys commented, “Astonishingly, they have insisted on proceeding with this litigation, recklessly putting the deal at risk and gambling with their stockholders’ interests.”

Musk’s Twitter buyout still has a bumpy road ahead, we hope the “blue bird” will finally be able to sing freely once Musk completes the deal. The CIA and woke left won’t be happy.

Stay tuned to this developing story.

Wait, Now Twitter's offered a price cut/but there's conditions deal, And is refusing the full-price one? Somebody please tell me I'm an idiot who can't read, Because This isn't even clown world anymore. Clown world is over there, looking over here and absolutely horrified at what it's seeing.

Is their current employees and account bans somehow that big of a deal? because if it is that's more than a bit odd.

Yes, it is that big of a deal. Twitter is one of the largest, if not the largest, propaganda machines there is at this current moment in time. What happens on twitter has a very real impact on the whole world.

The vast majority of shareholders wants Musk to buy Twitter, because they stand to make a very nice mint off their investments if the the deal goes through, so the powers that be has no choice but to sell, because they HAVE TO act in share holder's interest. They're really between a rock and a hard place, because they have to sell, but can't afford let one of the most powerful tools they have for pushing their leftist propaganda fall into a political opponent's hands.

This is why they are pushing their luck with those two conditions. Obey the share holders and sell, but keep their propaganda machine going by legally binding the new owner to keep their staff in place and keeping trump off the platform.

I guess I just can't wrap my head around the potential benefit. They've dragged him into court to enforce the original terms of the sale, Musk should get that fairly fast if he goes along with it. The price is enormous either way, Why even consider a deal with the headache of added conditions when he can just say "No, You wanted to force the original deal. I'm willing to do that." Unless Elon wants so badly to save a nickel that having to work around restrictions on employees and account bans that he'd agree to it. Twitter seems to want it but what discount could possibly be worth the extra baggage? The whole thing comes off as one of those too-good-to-be-true deals that shouldn't be touched with a bargepole even if you can't see why. They're just kicking the can down the road a few weeks until the judge tells them "This is what you wanted, So this is what you get." Yes, Massive propaganda machine. Their options are to lose it soon, or sooner. What 's going on that a short delay of the inevitable makes sense? It looks like desperate senseless thrashing around by a drowning man.

I guess I'll just sit and watch this one for now and try to figure it out later.

Is it at all possible these conditions were something they tried to force in original negotiations which was part of what saw Musk heading for legal recourse?

Pure speculation but most companies tend to have little things about having to retain an amount of current staff and if Twitter tried to press their luck with it by saying they'd get to say which staff would stay not him that might have been a factor in heading for court.

What 's going on that a short delay of the inevitable makes sense?
Midterms is the immediate future. Depending on how long the deal and reorg takes potentially the next American election as well as various others. Massive economic issues at the pump and supermarket across the world. Oh and the coming winter where many will die in darkness and the survivors will want to ask what the hell their politicians are doing.

Someone just put a hard price on Twitter's value as a DNC propaganda outlet with that conditional price cut offer to Elon.

Could they be wanting to keep the present staff and policies in place as long as possible with the midterms, war fuckery, next Presidential election, ect., in view?

Edit: the above post beat me to it.

Also why would Elon Musk agree to "buy" something and then not own it and not be able to get rid of the very people responsible for it being a completely unprofitable basketcase of a company?
