But Lucas John Roberts and his ilk tried to take something from me. Their intentions are clear. If they had their way I would be unemployable and destitute. I will not forget this. I've always abided by the idea that hatred is like a hot coal that you hold in your own palm: it only burns yourself. But I'm mad as hell. Not so much at the actions of wicked men, but the servility and acquiescence of better men who allow it to happen. I never really believed in "ontological evil." But I think I know it now. I know I hate it. I will give it no quarter.

Apparently what Matt said is even worse in context, as he's arguing we're overreacting about teenage pregnancy "because that was the norm in the past."
Keffals sicced his little pets on Nick and he published their public information. That is what spooked Keffals, that Nick was capable of bloodshed as much as he was. You don't get to threaten people's livelihoods like that. Seeing them scramble to say sorry like they didn't get off of Lucas's stinkditch is hilarious.
