tl;dr - slacktivism is gay, the platforms are pozzed, the courts are rigged, pop some popcorn and enjoy the downward spiral.
Second, (and most importantly) it won't do shit to these people. The platforms you'd be mass flagging them to are explicitly on their side. They can literally dox, brigade, ban/block evade, and threaten violence... and places like twitter laughs at your reports with an automated "dindu nothing". Or you'll get the notice that they've actioned their account, months later, and they'll still be up doing their thing.
Fighting on their level is pointless. Slacktivism is pointless w/o institutional capture. Any tactic that would work, would have to be outside their system of control; it'd have to be bigger and more creative than just "do what they are doing."
Also, much like the attacks on the Farms, any action will only galvanize the crazies. You won't turn those people, you need to convince the normies in the middle. Because of that, any tactic that does not involve disabling and discrediting their institution credibility is equally pointless.
Now, don't get me wrong, I have no doubt that some of Nick's fans and the troonsquad's detractors are organizing various actions; I think of at least half a dozen ways to retaliate and make some of these narcissistic asshole's lives hell... however, I gave up being a crusader long ago, see my first point above.
However, I'll be popping the popcorn and enjoying the show as long as Null can keep the farms up.
The law can't help. We live in a country where cable "news" hosts can libel someone to an audience of millions but there's no damage, because who takes the new as truthful? Example 1, example 2... unless you're someone like Alex Jones and the judiciary hates you, then you don't get a trial just a multi million dollar judgement. I'll give you one guess where Rackets would land.
The solution is to get the fuck out of their walled gardens. It would not surprise me if getting banned was the plan all along: Accelerate the decline of these platforms by getting everyone pissed off and then do an alt media tour. Push all that traffic to places like Rumble.
Someone needs to get the hosting solution fixed. If Locals/Rumble starts going the way they seem to be murmuring about and setting up an alternative to AWS, that's one more brick in the wall toward a parallel internet.
Want to do something: Build the internet you want to see. Cancel everything Google, Facebook, and Twitter. Get a PiHole and firewall off their IPs at the proxy/router level. Convince others to do the same, especially if you're in some position of authority at your work. That's the only place where using their tactics might work.
No, for two reasons: First, that'd be pozloading my negholep. That, and internet slacktivism is gay. These people have used these very same tactics to ruin regular people, so why shouldn't we adopt them and let them have a taste of their own medicine? Then, and only then will this fucking stop.

Interesting strategy, but unlikely to stick. IANAL, but I'd think that pesky 1st amendment cuts both ways, and Nick would undoubtedly be at least a limited purpose public figure. If someone can find that Esqueer tweet suggesting people file false claims, that might be worth some complaints sent "her" employer's / professional society's way, but that's probably about it. He might be able to get a judgement on Keffals, but good luck making something like this stick against a protected person in a place like Canada, and getting an enforceable judgement.Alright, my complete layman's theory:
Unlike the fruitless complaints to the bar, this has very quantifiable damages for Rackets. There's dox here of the ring leaders and all of the participants. Their reaching into the state of Minnesota to file these complaints means Rackets can pretty much assume they've submitted to jurisdiction. Bare minimum they pay for a MN attorney to try and say they didn't. You cannot just come out and say you're giving them enough rope to hang themselves, plaintiff's have a duty to mitigate damages. That said, reading between the lines and seeing what's happening I wouldn't be shocked if that was the plan. And I don't worry about disclosing it because it's already to late to stop if that's the case.
- Complaints get filed. Not by Keffals or LawyerTroon, but clearly answering their call to action.
- These future-starters file false complaints in Minnesota.
- New sponsors/management deals, stream within TOS, but agitates troons.
- False-flagging deletes the channel.
