Just now, a judge issued a temporary restraining order against the New York Bruen response bill's "good moral character," "list of family and cohabitants," social media disclosure, "in-person meeting," and many of the "sensitive location" provisions.

The judge restrained the state from enforcing the "sensitive location" bans in public transportation, places used for entertainment or amusement, places where alcoholic beverages are consumed, Times Square, and 10 other locations.

The judge also ordered the state to construe the ban on guns in places of worship to "contain an exception for those persons who have been tasked with the duty to keep the peace at the place of worship or religious observation".

The judge also restrained the state from enforcing its ban on carry in all private property without express permission.

The judge stayed the decision for three businesses days to give the state time to appeal.

Maybe, but given the straits that they're in right now, looming over a recession, a debt bubble that will pop like an overinflated balloon, and a deluge of trouble, it might not be enough for them.
