Unfortunately, nobody in this conflict asked Europe what they want. The anglo-saxons simply want to destroy the European economy as a way to steal European industry and bring them over to America, reviving its dead manufacturing sector at the expense of Europeans. It was never about Ukraine in the first place. Elon just wants cheap Russian energy and access to German industry, that's why he wants Ukraine to end this conflict while Europe isn't entirely in shambles.

Sure Ukraine is extremely corrupt as well, but at least after the annexation of Crimea and rise of the Russian separatists they wised up and did extreme reforms for their armed forces that have contributed to the quagmire that Russia has found itself in.

The last time someone actually tried to reform the Russian military, such as creating an actual NCO corps, he got the boot and was replaced with the ass kisser known as Shoigu, but time has a habit of vindication and that time is now for him.

What's your winning scenario here? If the west floods Ukraine with more mercenaries and they keep trying to take more territory, then they'll promptly turn into a radioactive pile of ashes. NATO has already proclaimed they will not respond unless attacked directly, so as long as the nuclear strike is restricted to Ukrainian territory, there will be no retaliation, and no refunds. The problem is that Germany already said it was final - Russia is an unreliable supplier, they started the process to replace them as a source. So Musk's German factory is fucked even if he tries to play peacemaker.
