Okay somebody kick the hippy sleeping in front of the DX7 so he can get some X-files music going and get the optimistic ratings ready because I'm going full Conspiracy Brother.
Something I didn't see mentioned here which got my almonds going was when he mentioned he'd be building a case behind the scenes ever since the Keffuffle started to target him. Not a legal case, but a case of evidence which it sounded like he was presenting to his partner manager as things happened.
Pair this with the fact that he then "forgot" to upload the document with the unredacted addresses after the stream from Tuesday, continued to "forget" well into the next day while streaming the trial, and has now confirmed that such plans are on pause.
I'm not saying setting up a 4D chess scenario can overcome stinkditch objections, but I've got a sneaking suspicion he didn't forget to upload the documents at all in service of such a plan knowing a strike would be coming at some point soon, so he may as well try something cheeky.
Calling it "bait" might not be correct, but there's no better way to engineer the exact evidence you'd need to point out a super obvious lie, which actually resulted in channel termination, coming from the exact same people filing strikes that you've been telling your partner manager about for the last month and change. A partner manager pointing out in a meeting that a channel terminating strike for a significant channel is based on an easily provable lie is more likely to turn heads internally than the prior two strike situations.
Would it be a good strategy? Hard to tell. It'd be extremely risky without doubt, but I can see the refracted outline in the water of what it's supposed to do assuming such speculation is correct.
Would it work? Even harder to tell given the power of the OrchieMind and their Troonling swarms.
If it does actually end up being a hidden rake in the grass as I suspect it may be, it will be hilarious if it works.
It would be even funnier if there was no plan and the "plan" happened by accident because he legitimately forgot to upload.
