The Milwaukee man accused of killing six people and running over dozens with an SUV at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisc. pleaded not guilty to every charge laid against him.

According to the local Fox affiliate, Darrell Brooks, 39, pleaded not guilty to all 77 charges against him.

Brooks remains in jail on $5 million bail. GoFundMe confirmed to FOX Business in November that they removed the fundraiser for violating the crowdsourcing platform's Terms of Service. Additionally, the person who launched the fundraiser, reportedly a man named James Norton, will no longer be permitted to use the platform for any future fundraisers.

The courts have said that there is ample evidence against Brooks, as well as testimony from police detective Thomas Casey, who described how Brooks plowed into citizens even after some yelled at him to stop. Brooks allegedly "zigzagged" across the street "for blocks" at the family event.

Victims include an 8-year-old boy, along with members of the Dancing Grannies troupe, that was performing in the parade.

Public defender Anna Kees said that her defendant could not turn off the route, and that he did not intend to hit pedestrians. She also said that Brooks couldn't bring himself to look at photos of the crimes he allegedly committed.

Brooks did not give his opening statement today, really looking forward to see what nonsensr rambling he unleashes upon the jury.
“Is the plaintiff in the courtroom? Do you know the plaintiff?” He thinks he can use some sovereign citizen magic to get out of murdering 5 old ladies and an 8 year old. People like him are why wisconsin should bring back capital punishment.

Honestly his cross examination of the latina chick witness was not terrible. It's a low bar considering earlier today he was taking his clothes off and it seemed like he was just objecting to every single statement and randomly picking a reason but he's managed to point out she was drunk and wasn't totally consistent with some statements. I highly doubt it would make any difference, in fact I think it's a good thing because it demonstrates he's not a complete schizo and the court is letting him defend himself.

He also fucked up, he said "me" at some point while trying to suggest she couldn't have identified him, I hope someone caught that.

"Let the record show that the witness has just identified the entire state of Wisconsin present in the court room."

Still refers to himself as the plantiff, trying to get some gotchas in on a detective but every time it's obvious he didn't read the entire police report.

Or he might be saying because the state, aka the plantiff, isn't a person that the trial is void or something. I'm really looking forward to his opening statement to see how he ties all this together cause so far it just looks like he has no strategy beyond attempting to say the court is invalid.

Ok he just asked if a witness ever has had a conversation with the state of Wisconsin. He's definitely going to argue that cause the state isn't a person that it can't convict him.

Oh, this is going to be great entertainment.

Was James Fields charged with a hate crime? How is that not at least on the table with this gollywog? Maybe he will indite himself in some way during the trial...

This trial is comedy gold. I love it wen a sub 80 IQ moon cricket thinks he's a galaxy brain 9d underwater go master. This dude is going to stretch a 3-4 week trial into a 3-4 month trial with his monkeyshines. I know WI doesn't have a death penalty but I am sure the jury will be sending a note to the judge asking about if they can make an exception for him after it finally, FINALLY goes do deliberation.
