Well, longtime IV heroin users will develop deep track marks on their arms/wherever they inject. Keffals is dumb so if he was "mainlining heroin" he would probably have a few abscesses to go with it. More likely he received IV opiates while inpatient after surgery and did the classic Keffals exaggeration. Opiates are nice so I won't deny he probably picked up a bit of habit from the surgery opiates. I just don't think he ever went shooting shit into his body besides estrogen. Still a druggie though.

That's just the dying follicles' last futile attempts of trying to grow some hair out. They still make it 2, maybe 3 inches through the still healthier, longer hair until they ultimately give up and fall out.
