I think it's at least partially due to the fact that Kengle has what Null wants.Kengle has a small forum designed for laughing at lolcows and a job to fund it. IIRC Null has complained about how the forum's size scares off potential cows and how he cannot find work anywhere because of the baggage the forum brings.
