Which part of "constitutional" do you not understand? Even if the court allows it, it will be shot down as it would violate the 1st Amendment. When Heilberg asked for the sealing of the case, he is most likely thinking how weens will leak court evidence to the internet and track down and dox jurors, compromising the fairness of the trial.
My bad, I didn't have time to read which constitutional amendment Chris was protected under. I didn't know that was the big numero uno amendment.

Plus it's still fresh in my mind how they were able to bar him from sending mail while he was at western state. Albeit only because nobody knew for certain he was there under hippa keeping his whereabouts during that time under wraps.

All in all? Between his arrest last year, the madness that followed culmating in hielburg putting his foot down to say enough is enough, sealing the case off for better or worse, then the debacle with kerfuffle nearly sinking the farms entirely....

These haven't been the best two years for christory have they?

After the Dimensional Merge, we knew, the golden days were but a memory... Tho the letters are just like wow.
At this point? Id honestly accept another ween wearing a body cam and doing another wellness check on the house to see if the "man in black" is still there.

So going by the fact that vine is still showing he's still in jail and the fact that they can't take away his right to send and receive mail under constitutional protection. Either A. Chris has stopped answering mail of his own volition (unlikely) or B. Hielburg managed to privately convince Chris to stop doing so as it wasn't doing anyone any favors. (not implausible but it does work under the assumption Chris is actually listening to someone's advice for once in his life)

Or everyone he's mailing is now some Praetor type who keeps it as personal fap material, which would be fine with me since it would be more retarded, boring Jesus shit anyway.

It is unfortunate that the next source of info would most likely be a ween doing something stupid. The best way to figure out mail would be send a letter, checking Barb could be done in person, etc. anyone with self respect just has to wait and see.

I find both options highly unlikely. Perhaps his legal team has a doing on this tho, If they want him to pledge as too mentally ill to be responsible of anything, that would be an amazing way to convince anyone who's looking at this story from the sides.

Tho I also believe it could be another "legend" wannabe that will try to insert itself in Christory holding the letters. Or another Sockness weirdo. We will have to wait, but I believe the ween proactivity will end up giving us an answer sooner than later.

My money is on option C - He can't afford the non free stamps now that he's cycled out of the internet's short term memory and he's using the 2 free stamps he get's to communicate with his Solicitor he was getting pissy about the letters being "Free issue" with the jails postal service and having to take it out of his account if they must.

Ken's not sending him money from what we know and I doubt Praetor is either and the weens have stopped a while ago so now he's prioritising junk food and batteries for his radio (but mostly junk food) this is now when Chris feels the repercussions for his actions.

I thought Chris had some ween selling his crappy drawings on etsy. Hard to tell how much that store has actually made since I see a lot of duplicates in the sales which probably mean a lot of cancellations, but Chris is probably getting some money through that. At least enough money for stamps, though you're probably right that Chris prioritizes commissary food over stamps.

Chris could also just be wary of mailing out more stuff since Kengle decided to be a massive retard and tried to steal Sonichu from Chris, which is obviously the one thing that Chris cares about more than anything else.

About the only good thing about that hamburger-boiling moron's antics is he might have ruined Chris for the rest of the weens.

I can all but gurantee you that weens are still depositing money onto his books. There's three constants in life. Death, taxes, and weens sending Chris money. Even if hes locked up for years and years there will still be morons "trolling" him by sending him money.

He's likely getting next to nothing, and the cost of things from the Commissary are massively inflated so he'll be hankering some goodies to dull the pain and then using his free issues to send to paretor to list on Etsy - I think he's maxing out the number of pages he's allowed to send and sending that to praetor.

Weens would do it if they could publicize it, and they couldn't because the Farms was effectively down for a month. If anyone's sending him money for stamps it'll be enablers, and then there's a 50-50 chance Chris will actually use it for postage and not more snacks.

Is there any concise current stay of play regarding Chris?

I take it he is still in the clink, but am I right to assume there is no further verdict, no public information on what they plan on doing with him, and no further trial date?

Edit--- I checked a couple of pages back, and yes, I think my answer is there.

Are jurors a matter of public record before the verdict or conclusion of the trial?

Your right but we're in a dead zone of information for mostly unknown reasons, Chris has been able to send some letters as the Praetor Etsy shop gets new drawings from him from time to time either they know and are not sharing, or he's not sure himself to the point he's just filling it in with make-believe and a awful lot of delusions that only seem to be getting worse, either from isolation or stress.

As to there he is now? Nobody is sure other than he's still in CVRJ - he's now getting charged with a felony that's for certain as he's been kept in for over a year and the best most educated hypothesis people have came up with is they are trying to find some form of housing or treatment program for him but he's in a really hard place, obviously intellectually sub normal, mentally ill, and a sex offender so he's hard to house and manage going forward so he's still in the jail essentially with a big "PENDING" stamp slapped on his forehead.

Interest in him has waned on the wider internet so have donations to him so he's not communicating with people he was before as much as he was and with randoms who wrote him so we can't assemble even a partial picture from what he says over multiple letters.

Chris is not interesting any more.

I wonder if this "pending" status could be the reason Chris hasn't been able to send letters to most people; essentially, while he's still technically in jail, he has a special status in the jail's system that prevents him from using the jail as an address for outgoing mail. Maybe he's still able to send mail to Praetor because they're in the system as an "approved contact" or whatever, preventing the jail from stopping him even during this weird temporary transfer status.
