Fuwa Minato announces the Nijisanji Splatoon 3 Tournament, noting that 'Over 90 people are participating' which would be about 60%-ish of the entire company and about 23 teams minimum.

Teams will be announced on stream tomorrow over at Furen's channel.

I don't want to get too stuck on this given that I stipulated that I'd only consider it true IF there isn't a collab between the girls sometime soon-ish (which, based on Kiara and Pomu's actions today, might not be a thing for much longer).

But I do want to clarify that Selen said her hesitation had nothing to do with management, but rather because she felt corpo V-Tubers mentioning other corpo V-Tubers by name was uncommon and she didn't want to come off awkward or disrespectful, but just decided 'fuck it' because the context was incontrovertibly positive.

Kiara said on her what the golf stream that there is "something good" coming next week, that may or not may be that collab

Can't say I see that interpretation of what she was saying when she seemed pretty overt that she was worried about some external pressures on what she was saying not just a personal wish to "not be awkward or disrespectful" (which she never says anything even close to)
She started saying they aren't allowed before walking it back and saying that "some other people don't do this but fuck it I'm gonna talk about what I want". If it weren't some external factor why would she even mistakenly start saying she's not allowed? by who? or where is there pressure to not just talk about whatever she wants? by who?

I don't think it was outright management (and never even said it was in the first place) just that there seem to be pressures on both sides of the corpo fence as shown by Selen's hesitation and issues Pomu has had both with management and with tribalist fans. and that if there are managers involved it's likely tied to that percieved fan pressure that like I said I think the members themselves have been aiming to defuse by publicly interacting a lot more and "normalizing" it.

So with all of the information we have available it seems a bit silly to boil it down to "well Occam's razor it's holo's fault" as you implied in your first message. though your eagerness to cast that blame isn't at all surprising.

More or less just what was already clear from her twitter, Talk about her new album in December.
I will say her hustle on the music side of things is impressive.

This will man that this year she will have released 2 full ablums AND an EP where most others are lucky to do one of these things in a year. On top of touring as demondice.

So if the Alban / Altare collab got allowed and it looks like Kiara is finally getting her wish...

Did the boys tell management the condition of the collab was that the girls could get what they wanted too?

Because you know if the boys got collabs but the girls didn't, it would have really made a lot of antis happen over it.

Or did both companies see that Depressed Nousagi video with 188k views and realise it was making both of them look bad over it?

Guess we'll have to see what happens next. If Selen and Ollie happens as well then clearly both companies have come to terms.

It was always absolutely retarded that holoEN + nijiEN were verboten but vshojo was perfectly fine despite its serious problems.
