Have to admit, when Tony said “by name” I did think: “Wait, did Vladimir Vladimirovic condemn Tony ‘Erin’ Reed in a speech!?”

But no obviously words have no meanings anymore and Tony being “called out by name” just means Putin in his speech effectively pointed at the US and said “These trannies, Jesus. You want that here?” (Edit: and not for the first time, he’s used the “parent number 1” line before, to the point where I thought this was an old news story.)

The speech actually doesn't seem to be "last Friday" but back on September 30th during the annexation signing. I found just a couple parts of the speech (Reuters translation and summary, I did not look for the actual entire speech) I doubt DeSantis or Moms for Liberty would say or agree with despite Tony's claim about "every part of this speech could have been":
