FWIW acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, is the number 2 cause of liver failure, second only to alcohol.
It is in so many products it is easy to take a dangerous dose without realizing it.
The only thing it accomplishes in Vicodin, other than liver damage, is keeping people from injecting it.

So it is still safer than "puberty blockers" (actually cancer meds used off label) but not all that safe.
