I think everyone reasonable agrees that Kurt is socially inept and prone to emotional outbursts, but that's endearing when you pair it with his massive technical knowledge of the law and when he's not depressed he makes a great guest. He's getting better from what it looks like. I think we all can see that Kurt runs his channel and streams with a more serious, but also dry tone to probably mask his lack of sociability and charisma. He also seems to use his channel as a personal blog where he posts his workout stuff on his weight loss journey. He does his own thing and I think he learned from the copyright fiasco to not do dumb things especially to people who helped boost his channel.

On the viva stream Nick called a truce. Legal Bytes did the worst thing possible by starting up bombing campaign during a ceasefire. Nick is forced to respond and it has to be even more forceful than before. One of them has to go down and flames and so far Nick hasn't fallen.

I actually agree. Kurt's not perfect and no one is, but he's usually got pretty solid legal commentary and I have nothing but respect for a man with enough balls to stand up for a friend, even when his peers are publicly pressuring him not to.
