I don't know what pills they took as they only showed the back of the bottle but I counted at least 8 pills falling into the cup, after the 1st attempt they scoop up 4 pills (?) with their hand and 2 are left in the cup. At the very least it was more serious than Doe and their Benadryl attempt. Seemingly drunk with water. Also you can hear unused pills slide back into the bottom of the bottle when they tilt it back upright.

The accounts bullying them appear to either be Trans or Trolls, it's hard to tell nowadays (Trans flag+Ukraine flag in Twitter name), the main accounts were suspended by Twitter (but weirdly the video isn't down yet).
