How many Armenians do you know? Last time you were in the country?
I was there the week of St. Sarkis day this year and I have regular contact with people all over the country. I cannot express to you how wrong you are in this view. No one has ever helped them besides Russia. Do you really think they would just drop all support for a country that has kept them safe and whole for this long because they are also currently in a war and can't meet their immediate need? They aren't 18 year old American girls who stop dating you because they spent all your money and move on. They are smart enough to wait until next payday.

Yes, of course there are SOME people who are of the "fuck Russia" mindset there. They were there before the war started too and will be there after.

their government said that they're going to withdraw from russias CSTO because it didn't protect them against azeri attacks
i can't think of a more clear signal of disappointment and resentment for a former ally than announcing plans to leave the alliance

Boy, they really didn't think that one through, did they...why would the Russians (or anyone for that matter) want to bring a bunch of traitors with them? They're of no use outside the occupied territory and already of extremely dubious loyalty given they committed treason to begin with.

Just look at what happened in all those Nazi-occupied countries after the Germans fled. They weren't taken to Germany, they were left to their own devices. A lot of well-deserved payback followed.

Hey, at least they yeet due to enemy action, not just taking off or landing.
But true, there's a spike in Ukrainian aircraft losses and their airforce is obviously smaller than the Russian one. The question behind that is whether that's a rise in Ukrainian sorties or rise in interception rate of Ukrainian sorties, and if the latter then why are they sending their birds out at a higher rate.

My understanding is that Ukraine increased activities on all fronts to try to inflict as much damage as possible before the ground freezes over and before the mobilized troops start showing up. Plus their US curators want some propaganda wins before the midterms to keep people from asking difficult questions about their tax dollars.

France would not respond with nuclear weapons should Russia resort to deploying them tactically against Ukraine, President Emmanuel Macron said.
“Our doctrine rests on the fundamental interests of the nation. They are defined clearly and wouldn’t be directly affected at all if, for example, there was a ballistic nuclear attack in Ukraine, in the region,” Macron said during a live interview on public broadcaster France 2 late Wednesday.

It’s the first time Macron has discussed France’s nuclear deterrence doctrine regarding Ukraine in detail. He added that it was not good to talk about it too much.
So far despite his threats there is no sense that Russian President Vladimir Putin is moving nuclear assets.

As someone who thinks the bed guys in this is the US for making sure it happened, and it's tired of soldiers and civilians dying in both sides and want since politician lives lost, this thread is a mess.

Every embarrassing recording, war crime, and casualty is attributed to both sides, any infrastructure damage is a minor set back, and both coalitions are desperately clinging to not completely showing their ass in surrender and total societal collapse. 80% of the thread is just affirming mostly baseless glow nigger propaganda and calling the other side mean names.

And it is far and beyond the most bearable place on the Internet to try and follow what's going on.
