Boogie / Boogie2988 / "Francis" / Steven Jason Williams - Fat, Rapidly Declining Divorced "Nice Guy" Middle-Aged Youtuber, Former Edgy Porn Blogger, lied about having cancer and being molested. Cohost of fake drama show "Lolcow Live (LCL)". Just WILL NOT die.

More weight gain coping. Notice how he never mentions gaining weight, he only talks about the weight he "didn't lose". Ah and of course, he is proud! You can't express disappointment in Boogie's weight loss failures because he's proud! He loves hiding behind that one:

Well it's a good thing he wore that black shirt, makes it much easier to really see how his weight loss is progressing:

It's not even close. He is way closer to his starting weight (490lbs) than the "after" pic. Btw those pics are from this video where at the timestamp provided, Boogie says that he is 387lbs.

So to clarify, Boogie is claiming to be 390lbs in this pic:

When he weighed 387lbs in this pic:

What a difference 3lbs makes!!!

His excuse for not being able to work is being disabled.... Which was caused by being a fatass

Someone recommended a sitting job, but that would hurt his precious fee fees too much

View attachment 3736010
Supposedly he's healthy enough to go to gym (obvious lie) but not enough to do an easy job?
I knew he was an opiate junky, I just didn't remember where I knew it from. Thanks for clarifying, booger ya useless addict who has to live life on the schedule of a drug or suffer severe withdrawals

This. Blows my mind that a guy who has a reputation for being one of the biggest liars and manipulators has everyone eating his story up. Sure, crypto is likely a small reason for his financial woes, but also this:

View attachment 3736584

He bragged he was rich at the height of things and claimed to have backed out when things got murky. These tweets are Feb and Apr 2021 and he's hardly mentioned crypto since. It's Boogie, he's spun two tales which fall at both ends of the spectrum. He's well off but he's poor. This is nothing new. He often contradicts himself. As shown in the past few pages, he lies so blatantly that you can debunk it within seconds.

I do think his cushy lifestyle is in jeopardy, but will he be living on the streets? Doubtful. He wants sugar babies, he wants escorts, he wants his toys, he wants to consume 4000 calories per day, he wants his MTG cards and he wants to keep phoning in Youtube content and the occasional livestream. Financially, perhaps one or more of these has to give if he doesn't start making more.

This hasn't even been mentioned here, but @ThatDarnIrishMan did a video when Kiwifarms was down. During the video Irish showed a clip from a Boogie livestream where Boogie starts typing in the search bar and you clearly see links to Seeking Arrangements, Seeking Arrangements searches and his inbox on there.

Remember that you have to pay a monthly fee to be a member there. This was in July or August. Is he really struggling financially? Struggling to afford escorts maybe.
Part of the credulity is just people ignorant of Boogie taking the featured blurb at face value but I think there is a deeper reason as to why people are buying Boogie's story.

I honestly think most people are just not used to being lied to. Don't get me wrong. Dishonesty isn't uncommon (especially among lolcows). However, most people are just not comfortable telling outright lies. By and large, deception takes the form of lies by omission or through exaggeration. It is a demonstrable psychological phenomenon that most people do not feel comfortable outright lying to other people's faces. For instance, a lie can be spotted by qualifier words (often words that end in "-ly". i.e., "I basically lost all my money through crypto" or "I'm pretty much broke") or by half-truths ("Like I said, I lost my money through investing in cryptocurrency!"). The aforementioned are not technically lies; the former because of the qualifier ("I never said I lost all my money") and the latter because the liar is merely reiterating what they said before ("I technically did say that!")

If you have ever seen the film Fargo, this lesson to be wary of outright deception is only learned by the honest investigator the hard way: by being outright lied to by someone she knows. Only after this personal experience with blatant deception does she reconsider when, during the course of her investigation, she was told a bold-faced lie.

To those who are new to this thread: I recommend following Boogie, if only passively. Boogie is a unique (and unholy) combination of a pathological liar and a malignant narcissist. The former is obvious; on some level he cannot keep himself from lying about every aspect of himself. The latter is essentially one step removed from sociopathy, if not potentially worse due to the narcissist's constant need for attention and power. Though inherently dangerous due to lack of empathy, the sociopath is satiated when it feels pleasure (however gained) while the malignant narcissist needs to involve other people in their game of social power in order to feel satisfied, as they lack the antisocial quality of the sociopath. A malignant narcissist will not feel satisfaction from pulling the wings off of butterflies. They need human game.

Following Boogie gives one the unique and profitable experience of observing a consistent liar and manipulator. Whatever you may read or hear from Boogie, you are being lied to. This is good practice for the real world. We tend to give others the benefit of the doubt, if even subconsciously. Lurk the thread a bit and you may be just a bit sharper when being deceived IRL. Boogie is by no means unique. His success is derived from his ability to blend in (despite his corpulent visage), and there are many others like him who, due to lack of notoriety and the associated scrutiny, haven't been caught. Lurk this thread for long enough and you will wonder why anyone ever fell for his tricks to begin with.

Boogie is back to writing that terrible book of lies about his life. 14 chapters? Dudes lived on his recliner for the last 30 years, wtf does he have to write about?
I happen to have an early draft of the book:

Btw, nice to be back. Didn't have time to post lately but was following even when the forum had to go underground. Nice to see Null fighting the good fight. The mainstream internet got so lame that it probably is a good idea to browse tor anyway.

This recent bout of attention that he got, while negative, is still attention that Boogie craves like oxygen.

How much did he lost? Did he ever clarify that?
His answers when asked were vague. The guy simply is incapable of telling truth. I'm in the skeptical camp if he ever invested.

New job arc... or rather excuses why he can't take the job arc

After recent whining META PC offered him a job:

Always such a weird flex from dudes who obviously don't, because it isn't like there aren't plenty of losers who do have sex.

You really don't have to try that hard anymore.
Especially because shit has gotten so open that a lot of mature people who are sexually active can just cut to the chase and join one of many dating apps.

Also the best way to find the person who isn't getting laid in any group of people are the ones needlessly sharing and defending their experience like anyone gives a solitary shit.

Boogie accepted.
God please, I want to see this happen.

Boogie has obviously never bought crypto. He perceived being "into crypto" as something all the smart, cool internet people do, so it needed to be something he was into as well. He hoped lying about it would get him some eyeballs, but he was too lazy to even read a few articles so he could sound like he knew anything. Proof that he was lying:

  1. Boogie can never shut up about his stupid opinions, and crypto people can never shut up about their stupid crypto opinions. Now, how many opinions does Boogie have about crypto? You ever hear him take sides on whether Tether being unbacked is FUD? How about any of the big Ponzis, like Celsius, BitConnect, or Luna? Either before or after, what did he say about them? Crypto is something he knows nothing about, so much nothing that even he knows he can't make up a credible-sounding lie beyond "I bought some and lost rofl."

  2. Crypto people are always boosting their favorite exchange. Boogie's never pimping Binance as your 1-stop shop for ludicrously leveraged margin trading, or Gemini for being somewhat of a legitimate business, or Bitfinex as a cool place to get robbed. Again, it's just "Bought some crypto because a friend told me rofl. Made plenty of money. Wild. Love ya! [drinks a 2L of Mtn Dew]."

  3. Similar with his favorite coins. Crypto people are always getting hyped because some scammer forked Bitcoin and renamed it, or put a link to a monkey JPEG on a token, or wrote a glitchy "smart contract" on Ethereum and are trying to get someone else to take their bags so they can lambo after the thing moons. People are guessing at which coins Boogie bought (because they're dumb and think he tells the truth) instead of realizing, you don't need to guess what coins an Internet Crypto Person with a YouTube account holds. Ye'll tell you.

Lying about Crypto to get away with the cost of food, toys, and cards.

They are going to be so disappointed when the hiring honeymoon is over and they start giving Boogie actual work. He is one of the laziest human beings on the planet. Every other day he'll be taking a mental health break from the job.
Also he would demand food all the damn time.

I wouldn't be surprised if he fakes an accident just to say how heartbroken he is that he can't work for them and then grift more because he is injured and has no money.

2. Him and Jesse fell out because they were arguing about how Storyfire should be handled and Boogie owned a 1% share of the business. Boogie thought it should run alongside Youtube and not try and be competition (I have no idea what he even meant by this) and Jesse was more ambitious.
The fact that he thinks a 1% share entitles him to have his opinion be weighed equally with everyone else that actually put time and effort into building that platform and the business surrounding it, on top of being a belligerent asshole about it, is one of the funniest things I've heard all year. How does Steven manage to be so useless in every setting/arrangement he finds himself in?
