I was originally going to make a Holy Trinity diagram of Bedsheet, Door handle, Towel Rail however I'm not entirely sure.
I don't know what that is but there's appears to be a change in wall color.
Additionally Keffals is standing right up against the wall that the towel rack is on as they're casting a shadow on the wall
The rail on the side of the sink appears to have circular fitments and the edge of the rails as they come out appear to be semi circular whilst the one on the wall in Keffals photo seems to be rectangular fitments and a more square/sharp design. It's hard to tell from the reflection in the mirror though but most people would get the same sort of racks/fitments within a room. Not impossible though
Finally in that picture the sink is along the wall and the mirror isn't all that wide, would they be able to take a photo from that distance and be able to get an angle where they're standing with the opposite end of the towel rail to their side and still be able to fit themself in a photo to the side of that, I'm not sure.
That being said there's 3 different size apartments for rent and different sizes could mean different layouts, plus the bathroom in the photo obviously isn't likely to be the actual one rented, there's 230 apartments in the 3 buildings after all.
Final point that I just noticed from a different photo is this:
The bathroom is pretty short, if you compare the position of the toilet in the 2 photos the edge of the sink cabinet is 1 tile away from the toilet which means that from the length of the towel rack that to stand to the side like they're doing in their photo it would require them getting the door in the picture.
That being said due to room constraints there could be some sort of sliding door, which I suppose could be the lighter gray background in the selfie, however it wouldn't be able to go against the wall the towel rack is on so would have to slide back behind on the bath side.
The sliding door theory could hold water since the doorframe of the bathroom has no wood door framing running around the edge.
You're 100% correct on the photo being flipped though as their hair parting is usually on the other side of their head
