2x 600mg Gabapentin
3x 400mg Ibuprofen

(The Ibuprofen and Prednisone could have given him a bit of a tummy ache and the "minimal internal bleeding." The rest of the cocktail is just a recipe for a nice little nap.)

I think it helps if we flip the selfie picture so the hair parting is on the side it normally is on stream+ you can work out the orientation from the Iphones cameras if you look at it front on.

Now lets take this picture from your source where the bathroom orientation is visible:

In your original post you flipped the image, but from the above photo that doesn't quite make sense, the bath is on the right side of the room.

I'd say that it's possible if some of the apartment bathrooms orientations are flipped to indeed have the sink/bath on the opposite side as those used in the demonstration apartment they used for the listing.

The door would 100% have to be a slide door though as if not the towel bar would actually be in the hallway once the door swung closed.
I guess we'll know a bit clearer when they stream next week/if they decide to post more photos to glean hints from.

The statement says "reports," not "records," so we can't be 100% certain that they mean Lucas has been arrested multiple times. A report could be anything; just any formal interaction with LE.
